Pros:

Bella piscina, la casa dispone di tutto il necessario per cucinare e ci sono due supermercati a pochi minuti a piedi e anche due ristoranti. Gentilissima la padrona di casa

Cons:

Peccato che la piscina sia chiusa la sera, un po' vecchi gli arredamenti e i serramenti.

Verder was het een fijn verblijf met een heerlijk groot zwembad,ligbedden en een terras aan de kamer
Pros:

Je zorgt in je eigen keuken voor je ontbijt. Alleen er was geen geschikte pan voor bakken en geen broodmes aanwezig. Na aanvraag hebben we gelukkig wel de juiste bakpan (v. omelet) en broodmes gekregen.

Cons:

Mijn dochter had de eerste 2 dagen een kapotte airco op kamer, vond ze niet fijn, en die kon pas na 2 dagen gerepareerd worden en vervolgens lukte het repareren niet, waarvoor ze een gelukkig nog wel een ventilator daarvoor in de plaats kreeg.
Wij waren met vijf man, met een badkamer (oke daar hadden we zelf wel voor getekend..) maar dat bleek echt te weinig in praktijk, met één zo'n prullenbakje voor je toilletpapier in te doen, die niet dagelijks verschoond werd. Dus dan maar zelf opruimen...

Einfache Unterkunft mit schönen Pool
Pros:

- neue Klimgeräte
- Bad zwar klein aber gute Dusche und guter Wasserdruck
- ruhige Lage, Restaurants und Supermärkte direkt in c. 200m
- sehr sauber und freundlich
- schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen

Lovely staff and amazing Villa
Pros:

Amazing staff, so friendly and always willing to help! Room was fantastic and always clean! Pool is a standout with the bar to grab some food and drinks too! Location is fab with shops and restaurant nearby!

Cons:

Can’t really cook in but there’s no need as plenty of restaurants to explore!

A fantastic haven
Pros:

After a very bad start in Kavos - we decide to look for alternative accommodation on Corfu . We located Villa Yannis & booked on the spot for that night . Taxi from Kavos ( another story 😟) but arrived & immediately fell in love with Villa Yannis . A lovely , quiet out of the way haven . As there were 3 of us - we got apartment 12 , perfect , ground level & so close to the pool ( have bad hip )
The air conditioning was excellent . The WiFi was fantastic . Over all a class experience . We were welcomed daily to the pool by Sebastian who was in hand from 8am to 8pm - serving drinks & food by the pool . The villa is quite rural so we did rent a car for 1 day ( my heart couldn’t extend to 2 as it’s the opposite side of the road to IRL) Elena very quickly & efficiently organised the car to be dropped of for us to the villa . (86€ for the day but well worth it ) . The pool was fantastic & the whole place was spotless . Short walk to Dassia ( 20 min ) but a hilly walk & not for the faint hearted , the roads are narrow & bendy .
Very close to the villa - a nice grocery store FEAKES . Two very nice restaurants lemeiri ( y was class ) & 60 Needles - very lovely food . Average €30pp including wine .
The only draw back was the walk back to Villa Yannis (5mins) was quite dark

Pros:

The place is lovely, very Greek (dark furniture + very little windows). It was cleaned every second day by a lovely lady. The pool was small but perfect. However, it is quite rural and not really suited for those without transport (us), The beach is a long walk and it is down hill so uphill coming back. The I big huge problem we had was that I had checked that there was air con. HOWEVER, it was an extra charge and a high one at that! We were advised that it was €18 per day. I expressed my disappointment as this was not mentioned on the website or on click & go and as we were going to be there for 11 nights, it was a huge cost. It was reduced to €15 per day but we refused to pay it, so had to suffer the heat. Also, I am usually quite prepared for mosquitos but I never suffered as bad before as I did on this trip. Also, the brochure was misleading saying we were near the beach. I feel Greece and Corfu have had a rough couple of years and they are trying to recoup money. Also, I wrote about ten postcards and paid €2 per stamp. None of my postcards arrived. I overheard another tourist being charged €2.30 per stamp. I would not return due to being duped about the air conditioning

The pool was huge with a lot of space around for sunbathing and very clean
In general the whole facility was clean and very comfortable
