A bejelentkezésnél a recepciós hölgy egy véghetetlen rosszindulatú modortalan irtozatosan lekezelő volt.Pedig csak az szerettük volna megkerdezni hogy hol tudnánk parkolni.Sajnálom hogy ilyen embert alkalmaznak,ez nagyon sokat rontott az ott tartózkodásunk alatt a hangulatunkon.De a város karpótolt minden kellemetlenséggel szemben.Sajnos ez az első alkalom rossz élmény volt számunkra ez a hölgy miatt....

Nuestras habitaciones eran amplias , las camas normales en cuanto a comodidad.
El desayuno estaba bien bastante completo .

No me gustó el trato de algunos empleados, por dos cosas:
1 nada mas llegar me dijeron que tenía que pagar la estancia cuando yo ya lo pagué , enseñé recibo y mensaje confirmándolo por su propia parte , la chica de la recepción muy muy borde, aún estoy esperando una disculpa ,
2: pedí una segunda almohada me puso otra de las recepcionistas bastantes pegas, aceptó y al final no me la llevaron cuando me dijeron que si…

great value but dont expect too much for this price

Cons:

the breakfast isn't good but view it as a free bonus for this cheap prices.

the rooms are kind of dirty and are fully carpet-floored so it cannot be cleaned very well.
Our door was also kind of sketchy and not very secure

Pros:

Ubicado en el centro de Praga, acceso fácil al tren (500 m - 5 minutos caminando) y de ahí movilizarte a cualquier lugar de Praga
Además, llegamos antes del Chek in y nos guardaron el equipaje hasta regresar al hotel, e igualmente luego del Check out (10 am) nos guardaron las maletas y podiamos seguir disfrutando de Praga
El primer día, la recepcionista de turno, hablaba español y me ayudo bastante en todo

The hotel was quite far from convenient locations. The bathroom was poorly equipped — there was no shower curtain, and I had to hold the shower head while showering. There was also no air conditioning, which made the room extremely hot during my one-night stay. Due to these issues, I decided not to stay for my second night. Lokalizacja, czystość obiektu, śniadanie hotelowe.

Cons:

Użytkowanie pokoi na parterze, cały czas było słychać odgłosy zwierząt recepcji, oraz rozmawiajacych gości, dla których byla wyznaczona przestrzeń bardzo blisko drzwi do pokoi, a przebierze ie nie tłumika hałasu. Za to perfekcyjnie wyciszone okno od ulicy.
