Gentilezza e cordialità
Pros:

La gentilezza dei gestori è stata impeccabile. Bellissima la struttura, con un bel giardino, una bellissima piscina e una veranda dove godere della tranquillità. La colazione ottima.

Cons:

L' insonorizzazione della struttura non è per niente ottimale. Anche il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare.

Το Altis Hotel ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μου. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο, με άνετα δωμάτια και όμορφο περιβάλλον που σε κάνει να χαλαρώνεις από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική – αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο και στην παραλία, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη, ώστε να απολαμβάνεις ηρεμία.
Το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα φιλικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε, δίνοντάς μου την αίσθηση ότι δεν είμαι απλός επισκέπτης αλλά καλεσμένος. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και ποιοτικό, με φρέσκα προϊόντα που έκαναν τη μέρα να ξεκινάει όμορφα. Γενικά, η εμπειρία μου στο Altis Hotel ήταν μοναδική και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να περάσει ξεκούραστες και όμορφες διακοπές στα Μάλια.

Fantastisch!!!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars en medewerkers.
De hotelkamers zijn comfortabel en schoon. Elke dag schone lakens en handdoeken.

Cons:

Het douchegedeelte is wat aan de kleine kant.

A hidden gem in Malia
Pros:

The location was perfect,near the centre of Malia but away from the noise. The hotel is in a very well kept garden with a nice pool. The breakfast was exceptional ! And above all the landlady, who was omnipresent, taking care of everything, friendly and polite!

Exceptional
Pros:

The hotel was excellent and our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is delicious and various. The hosts are really nice and helpful. I would recommend this for everyone because it’s close to the beach and the city.
