Pros:

We hadden geboekt voor 1 nacht tijdens onze vakantie in Hurghada (transfer vanuit Hurghada ongeveer 3 uur rijden). Bedoeling was om te gaan snorkelen aan het huisrif maar dit was helaas onmogelijk wegens de weersomstandigheden. We werden na een zeer hartelijke ontvangst naar onze kamer gebracht (17201) met mooi uitzicht op een van de vele zwembaden. De kamer was groot, mooi, van alle comfort voorzien en proper. Het resort is redelijk groot en goed onderhouden. Het strand voor het hotel is zeer ruim, hou echter rekening dat dit een koraalstrand is, je kan er niet zomaar de zee ingaan. Er is een lange pier die je tot aan het huisrif in zee brengt. De toiletten op het strand aan de duikclub waren vies, dit is een verbeterpunt Lange strandwandeling is mogelijk, veel kleine krabbetjes te spotten. De restauratie in het resort is top, wij vonden alles in het hoofdrestaurant zeer goed op smaak, veel keuze in gerechten en desserts. We hebben hier echt smakelijk gegeten. Dank aan Mohammed Al Arabya voor de goede service in het restaurant. De cocktails waren niet naar onze smaak, te veel siroopsapjes. Verder is er ruime keuze aan verschillende zwembaden waarvan eentje Adults Only, een Aqua Park en zelfs een heuse Lazy River waar je kan op dobberen. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen en hopelijk kunnen we dan wel het huisrif en de onderwaterwereld bewonderen. Op dit moment is er een extra zone in aanbouw maar daar ondervindt je als gast geen hinder van. Dank u wel Sataya Resort!

The hotel grounds, rooms and pools are amazing, the food is lovely and plenty of choices..We all enjoyed the aqua park and the lazy river a lot..
The downside to this hotel is the sea, it has to be the worst i have been to in all of marsa alam and i have stayed in about 12 different hotels in Marsa, The only way to swim is off the Jetty and the coral you get to go snorkelling around is only small..
I also found that the staff were not the friendliest and the service wasnt really good.. we didnt get offered drinks while we watched other guests being served, we did bring this issue up and it was resolved however all in all the staff could do with some customer service training...😊

Everything was amazing, the facilities, the reef, the pools, and staff, everything, just the beach itself was not that friendly as it's rocky nonetheless, the management have a solution for guests who want to enjoy the beach but not in the reed snorkeling area, and the green areas were remarkable and the food quality is top, sure it won't be the last time to go there.

Die Anlage und das Hotel selbst verdienen volle fünf Sterne. Modern, sauber.
Kommt natürlich auf die Erwartungshaltung an, für dieses Preis- Niveau aber Top

2. Abzugspunkte: Personal & Management, Sicherheit, Instandhaltung & Kosten
Personal & Management
– Housekeeping, Barkeeper und Kellner: sehr gut.
– Kellner jedoch stark unterbesetzt.
– Rezeption: Mitarbeiter kannten oft nicht einmal die Zimmernummern.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden uns die Zimmer 14007 und 14009 zugeteilt. Wir fragten direkt, ob diese nebeneinander lägen (wegen Kinder und Swim up Pool). Die Rezeption erklärte, Zimmer 008 existiere nicht und die Zimmer seien direkt einander. Tatsächlich lagen die Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Gebäuden mit getrennten Pools. Nach drei Tagen wurde dieser Fehler behoben: die Kinder zogen in Zimmer 008 um und konnten ab dann den gemeinsamen Pool nutzen.
Beim privaten Pool sank das Wasserlevel so stark, dass der Skimmer nicht mehr arbeitete. Wir meldeten es zunächst dem „Pool Mann“, dann der Rezeption – passiert war erst abends nach unserer Beschwerde. Befüllte wurde allerdings den Nachbarpool. Wir konnten im eigenen 110 cm tiefen Becken sitzen, aber nicht sch

Joli établissement avec plusieurs piscines dont une a toboggans.
Propre , bien animé dans la journée ainsi que le soir sans trop de bruit non plus.
Un all inclusive très correct rapport qualité prix.
Adapté aux familles et enfants
Chambres propres et confortables malgré quelques rénovations a prévoir.
Trés beau séjour, je recommande cet hôtel !

Bel resort a 30 km di Marsa Alam

Bel resort. Molto curato. Camere spaziose e fantastiche. E' stato molto piacevole soggiornarci. I nostri figli hanno adorato l’acqua-park, le numerose e diverse piscine e il pontone per accedere al reef. Molto famigliare e tanti bambini. Soprattutto famiglie italiane durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo scoperto dopo che è gestito da Alpitour. Unica pecca, se si può dire, è (forse) il cibo. Il cibo a buffet è davvero ottimo e con grande varietà ma alla lunga appare un po' ripetitivo. Speriamo di tornarci.

Great beautiful experience!
Pros:

The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough.
Definitely recomended!!

Camere sporchissime. Personale irrispettoso e indisponente. Campi da padel a pagamento e tenuti malissimo. Praticamente non si riusciva a giocare tra l erba alzata e la rete distrutta!

Anlage Top..Essen war hervorragend. Pools sind schön und Riff noch gut erhalten.

Einzig die Tauchmöglichkeit ist eingeschränkt. Die Tauchschule des Resorts hat aktuell keine Erlaubnis das Hausriff zu betauchen, wegen Betreiberwechsel. Ausrüstung ist absolut neuwertig. Bootausflüge oder Tauchen an anderen Stränden sind aber moglich.
