Персонал очень приятный, отзывчивый,хорошая качество обслуживания , еда не однотипная ! Нет очереди ни где !

Cons:

По приезду дали номер не плохой , но не в том месте и не на том этаже как нам хотелось, мы попросили Desk Manager Amr Badran о замене номера и он выполнил все пожелания, предпочтения наши, большое спасибо ему и отелю ! Немного испортило пребывание в отеле поломка электричества ,

كل حاجه كانت تحفه من اول الاستقبال مستر عمرو و مستر محمد لحد ما مشينا الاستف كله ممتاز حتي life guard بشوشين و ودودين جدا خصوصا النوبي واحمد توفيق و الاكل متنوع و النضافه و الانيميشن رائع و دايما فريق الاداره بيطمنوا ان كل حاجه تمام

Pros:

A well-maintained and spacious resort with great facilities. Special thanks to Amr at the reception for the great welcome. The kids’ club is the best I have ever seen, and the service from all staff was excellent. The food was also very good with a nice variety of choices.

Cons:

The snorkeling jetty is also used by boats, which affect our comfort during snorkeling. It would be better to separate the areas by using one side for snorkeling and the other side for boats.

Ho lasciato il cuore e devo venire a riprendermelo
Pros:

tutti i ragazzi dell staff gentilissimi e disponibili, servizi splendidi, cura del resort impeccabile, camera enorme e ben pulita. Tornerò certamente e anche molto presto!

Cons:

Avrei mangiato più pesce al ristorante, invece era previsto molto poco

Un soggiorno da favola al Sataya Beach!
Pros:

Tutto e soprattutto le persone e l’accoglienza a partire dal Mohamed della Direzione, gli chef al ristorante, Abdel Karim al pool bar. Ci hanno tutti coccolati come meglio potevano. Ci siamo sentiti in Paradiso.

Nulla. È stato tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Our journey here was amazing, food was delicious and each person who work here is super kind. Ahmed Tawfik, the life guard, was super friendly with us, he also helped us looking for our towels when we lost it. He was super gently and he always had a smile on his face.
It was a beautiful experience.

Pros:

Ottimi tutti i servizi, ci sono molte postazioni per ritirare o cambiare i teli mare e piscina. Per chi ha il volo di rientro la sera, è possibile dopo il check out usufruire di tutti i servizi dell'all- inclusive gratuitamente, danno anche una camera di cortesia per mezz'ora per fare la doccia finale. Cibo buono e vario, molte verdure e pizza corner tutti i giorni.
Barriera corallina molto bella, anche con parecchio vento si riesce a nuotare. Comodo il pontile, che ha un punto di accesso al mare intermedio con acqua più bassa e uno in fondo.
Staff molto gentile, in particolare il life guard Ahmed, sempre sorridente.

Cons:

Nelle piscine i turisti lasciano i teli per occupare i posti, difficile trovare postazioni libere se non si va la mattina presto
