The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is vegetarian, however residents can ask for a selection of cold meat. There is a good choice of different items, my favourite was the "cold porridge". We decided not to have housekeeping and were rewarded with a small beer or glass of wine each night, it was perfect when winding down after a busy day.

Room was very nice and clean. Gave us an excellent recommendation for restaurant just down the street from the hotel. Nice bar.

We took a train to Salzburg so this was very handy when we arrived late in the afternoon as it is located right near the train station. It is a modern hotel, clean, stylish and well appointed. I stayed with my son and we liked the “moon” concept with the round windows. The room was comfortable, however it was a bit overly warm and hard to get the temperature right. The staff were nice. We did not opt for breakfast but did have some good coffee. The location is near my favorite museum in Vienna , the Belvedere. Vienna is an expensive city, so the hotel doesn’t have a great price, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

I stayed at this hotel and appreciated that they were generous enough to let me check in early. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Vienna Central Train Station. The room is compact but well designed and has pretty much everything you need. I also liked that they use Rituals toiletries, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was disappointing. The cups in the room were dirty, one still had water in it and another had a lipstick mark. The hand towel also had a lipstick stain, which made me lose trust in using anything provided.

The front desk mentioned that breakfast was vegetarian, so I decided to skip it. The hallway outside my room also had a strong body odor smell, of course not the hotel’s fault, but it didn’t help the overall impression.

Overall, the location and design are great, but cleanliness and atmosphere need improvement.

Hotel was clean and updated. We stayed on the top floor and had the credible views of the city well worth the upgrade. Right around the corner from Belvedere and across from the train but would never know. Room was very quiet.

Overall great visit, pretty convenient, right across from Wien train station, lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
Just one thing for management to look into would be to invest in better wifi! We kept losing connection and had to connect over and over.
But nonetheless good stay otherwise.

We really liked this hotel. It was clean and had nice amenities. The staff was helpful and polite. It’s right across the street from the train station with access to the subway, tram and buses. That was very convenient.

Rooftop bar was closed late September and will not open till next year.

Fantastic location across the street from the Hauptbahnhof. In room coffee was meh, but staff were great and the room was comfy.

The property was located steps from the Belvedere Palace and across the street from a train station. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance and several lovely cafes. The property was impeccably maintained and stocked very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great clean hotel conveniently located

We came for a long weekend stay with a city view. Upon arrival we were told that we could sacrifice daily cleaning for a drink token for each night of our stay. This also allowed for us to request fresh towels or any replacement amenities without issue. We took this offer and took use of the bar for a nightcap when returning from our days out.

The location is excellent, being a couple of minutes away from the central train station while also being walking distance from some of the main touristic areas of Vienna, including St Stephen’s Cathedral. The hotel is very modern and really clean and the staff were really polite and friendly.

Enjoyed my stay here. Easily accessible to public transport and 2 stops from karlspkatz (opera house). Room was clean, enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good. Staff very professional. Recommend.

Great place to stay! Super convenient to get to from the airport, as well as walking/taking public transport into the downtown area.
