Great hotel worth visiting!
Pros:

2nd visit since 2024! Very nice location conveniently at Jinja high way with lovely gardens and very friendly staff. Pool and restaurant area is great, menu is extensive with also plenty of (Indian🥳) vegetarian dishes, clearly with signature of the Indian chef. Room was again spacious, clean and with nothing to wish for. Next year we’ll be back!

Lovely staff, great location, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

If you are travelling to Kampala for business I would heartily recommend this hotel. It is conveniently situated just outside of Kampala so you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is comfortable, clean and great value for money and their chicken sandwich is the best I've had!

Cons:

The wi-fi is patchy.

Overally the stay was good. I will come back
Pros:

The staff were friendly especially Topsita at the reception, So quick to act on our requests. The buffer breakfast was. good I liked the fruits
The room was so spacious. and clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was so good .
The garden views were breath taking.
I loved the welcome fruit basket

Cons:

We missed our breakfast on the last day we requested packed breakfast the previous night but in the morning it was not ready and our taxi was waiting. Our taxi driver waited for almost 30minutes nobody informed us
The bedside carpet in the room should be removed nearly tripped because of folded edges and the window it's broken.

Very solid hotel
Pros:

This is by far the best hotel in the area - not ‘5 star’ by European standards but a very strong hotel by Ugandan standards! Everywhere is clean and the rooms are relatively modern. The reception and pool area is beautiful and I liked the pond with exotic song birds nesting. Restaurant food is decent and not too slow. Staff are friendly and well trained. I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The connecting road to reach the property from the main road needs fixing.

Very good hotel to stay for business or pleasure when you want to stay outside Kampala

Excellent international breakfast buffet, excellent evening dinner buffet!

very friendly service staff!

Cons:

Awareness or follow-up on broken details sometimes missing for this level of premium hotel, however a friendyl smile and request usually gets things done.

Pros:

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einen tollen Hotel. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern.
Das Personal was sehr bemüht und extrem freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und war sehr sauber. Kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Eventuell im Pool die Löcher im Boden abdecken. Verletzungsgefahr!

They were accommodating to our needs and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.

Cons:

My room was near the lobby and pool so I heard music a lot late. But when I asked for it to be turned down they did.
