🌴 Review of Laguna Beach Hotel
Pros:

Nothing impressive.

Cons:

I stayed at Laguna Beach Hotel for 2 nights, and overall, the experience was disappointing compared to the price I paid.

Room: The room size was extremely small and looked nothing like the pictures advertised (barely 30% of what was shown). Very poor value for money. Rating: 3/10

Staff Service: The staff service was average. They did their job as expected, but nothing impressive. Rating: 7/10

Amenities: The room was cleaned daily and amenities were refilled, which I appreciated. However, towels were insufficient and there was no floor mat, making it inconvenient after using the bathroom.

Air Conditioning: The AC worked well when there was electricity, but frequent power cuts kept it off most of the time. At night, it made some noise which disturbed my sleep.

Cleanliness: Very disappointing. The back wall of the bed was dusty, pillows were dirty, the blanket cover was torn and unclean. On top of that, I even found cockroaches, mosquito and another type of insect inside the room. Rating: 2/10

Breakfast: The buffet breakfast included khichuri, paratha, fried vegetables, boiled eggs, suji, and tea. Since it came with the package, I had it, but honestly, the quality was too poor to pay for separately. Rating: 4/10

Overall: The stay did not match my expectations. The room quality, cleanliness, and breakfast were below standard. Definitely not worth the money.

Minor changes can seriously improve the quality
Pros:

Staffs were excellent. Front desk staffs were outstanding.

Cons:

Room wasn't clean. Bathroom wasn't clean. On the 2nd day I broom the room myself. After complaining they sent the room service. A new towel wasn't provided daily. Neither bedsheets were changed.

Restaurant service was not the best. Free breakfast was awful if you visit after 9:30am. As if they don't care. Almost everything would be finished and they won't replenish.
