The staff was super nice. However l, the location is in a very bad neighborhood. Once you arrive it’s difficult to find the hotel. I was however impressed with the cleanliness inside the hotel, nice receptionists who was very helpful. The shower had no shower head, it just spurts out water. Oh, the bed was hard, noisy inside and outside. For the price, you get what you pay for. Lastly, it takes the hot water at least 7 minutes to come on.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, limpio y con staff muy amable. La ubicación es en la frontera de un barrio residencial con una calle principal mut concurrida.

The day shift receptionist said there were no Colombian pesos to convert my dollars, yet the afternoon receptionist said there was plenty. I asked for a towel because the maid did not return my large bath towel. The day shift receptionist gave me a small towel instead. The day receptionist said in front of my girlfriend 'what about the other woman that you had here yesterday'?. Very disgusting , nosey, and impolite day shift receptionist
