快適！また来たい！
Pros:

駅や周辺の商店街に近く、付近に別の温泉施設も多いので観光も飽きない。恐らく提携している駐車場があるため無料で利用できる。施設内もきれいで安心できた。すべて申し分ない！チェックインは遅めだがその分チェックアウトも12時なので朝がゆっくりできてオススメ。チェックインも部屋の用意さえ出来ているようだと時間より早めに入ることも出来るようなので、時間が近くなったら連絡してみるといいと思います。これはスタッフの方が教えてくれました。

Cons:

スタッフの方はほとんど良い方だったが、受付で当たった方が駐車場利用について説明不足な点があった。24時間無料の駐車券をくれだが、これを通すだけでいいのか、元の駐車券は破棄していいものかと聞いているのに、別持ってていただいて〜みたいな説明だったので帰りに必要になるかわからず、結果必要だったので、何事も取っておく必要はあるな、と思った。チェックインでのやり取りだった為、最初の印象が悪くなってしまった。またアプリで予約したが、朝食付きでクリッピングし確認して予約したのに素泊まりになっていた。追加料金を現地で支払い、解決したが、もしかすると、朝食の取り扱いがあるホテル、という意味で「朝食付き」のような記載があるようだったら少なからず騙されたような気持ちになるので、アプリの仕様であればどうにかしてほしい。

お風呂の加減やサウナの加減も申し分ありません。

契約駐車場を利用する場合2回の出し入れくらいまで無料にしてほしい。朝早く用事があり出庫して、戻ってチェックアウトギリギリまで利用したら800円かかりました
