Zimmer war neu

Cons:

Zuerst ein guter Eindruck, Zimmer war neu und sauber. Jedoch war kein Shampoo oder Seife vorhanden. Ebenfalls nur eine fast verbrauchte Toilettenpapierrolle. Ich musste früh schlafen gehen da ich sehr früh am Morgen weg musste. Leider war das Schlafen unmöglich. Es war sehr heiß draußen jedoch die Klimaanlage bließ direkt auf das Bett, somit musste ich sie ausschalten. Fenster kippen ging auch nicht, da sich im Innenhof zwei Personen lautstark unterhielten. Die Wände sind anscheinend aus Papier gefertigt, man hört alles von den Nachbarzimmern als würde die Person direkt neben einem liegen, sogar den Lichtschalter hörte man. Werde nicht mehr dort nächtigen. Schade, da das Zimmer am Anfang wirklich einen guten Eindruck machte.
Ebenfalls beim Checkin wurde ich ziemlich gedrängt das meine Daten auszufüllen. Keine wirkliche Info wo das Zimmer ist und auch keine Infos wo und wann eigentlich das Frühstück ist bzw. wie und wann man auschecken kann. Gelassenheit und Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus. Da ich früher weg musste konnte ich nicht bezahlen da niemand am Empfang saß. Auf Anfrage einer Rechnung dass ich per Überweisung bezahlen kann wurde gar erst nicht geantwortet.
