Pros:

Great location, breakfast ok, could already check in earlier, small fridge in the room

Cons:

Lots of small details: showerhead broken, knob on shower door missing, bad smell in bathroom, first wifi code did not work, breakfast buffet was missing fresh milk (upon asking they said they didn't have it)
They did not offer the Burgenland/Neusiedler See Card like everywhere else I stayed the last 5 times in Burgenland.

Für eine Nacht bei der Durchreise geeignet, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Pros:

Saubere Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet und Möglichkeit die Fahrräder in der Garage abzustellen.
