Lindo pero incómodo

Cons:

El aseo, el jacuzzi no funcionaba el primer día, el segundo día funcionó pero no estaba climatizado.
El aseo de los baños comunes es horrible.
En el tercer piso queda un bar y no hicieron el aseo. Vimos la basura del día anterior. El primer día que llegamos no tenían internet.

No respetan las reservas realizadas por booking, hice la reserva de mi habitación y la señora de la rececepcion ovio la reserva realizada y le dio la habitación a otro huésped, adicionalmente nos asignaron un apto con condiciones diferentes a las reservadas debajo del jacuzzi del hotel y dejaron los motores prendidos toda la noche hubo poco descanso

Alleen de pizzeria bij het hotel.

Het personeel zeer onvriendelijk, elke dag moest ik weer opnieuw om handdoeken vragen, kamer werd niet schoongemaakt. Het eerste appartement dat ze wilde geven, had een ontzettende gaslucht. Het zwembad is echt een minibadje. Het is echt een foto die ze bewerkt hebben. Ga hier niet naartoe!

Good accommodations, Great location, Excellent Staff
Pros:

This hotel has good accommodations, a great location, and excellent staff. It has a roof top pool with excellent views (great for photos), large whirlpool spa/jacuzzi, a children's play area, restaurant and bar, and they also provide a very nice breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the pueblo center square. The hotel is pet friendly (small extra per night fee) and offers a free parking garage. I have been there many times and always return.

Cons:

The WIFI often resets connection. It's a bit annoying to have to re-enter the password several times a day. They also require guests to wear a wristband during their stay. I don't like wearing a wristband.

El hotel bonito

Me gustó la piscina y el jacuzzi los meseros muy formales la comida muy rica.

No me gustó que la atención para reservas es pésima demasiado difícil, no responden Instagram se tardan mucho, la habitación la puerta da mucho lío para abrir es compleja además estaba descargada, en la habitación no hay aire acondicionado, y en el restaurante no habia ni chocolate ni jugo le dan a uno el sobrante de las jarras.

La atención del personal muy buena , sobre todo a la hora de tomar desayuno, la niña que nos atendió muy amable
