Una muy buena escapada :)
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo delicioso, la comida en general del restaurante muy rica.
Amé la piscina, la ubicación, los cocteles fueron muy ricos también.
la habitación muy bien.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue que el botón de servicio de la piscina se perdio.

Nice hotel with excellent amenities in super location close to town.
Pros:

Excellent location with great views and close to town. The hot tub was awesome and good breakfast.

Pros:

観光地グアタペ村とダム湖を望む高台にありロケーションが良く、最上階から見えるペニョール巨岩の風景も素晴らしかったです。温水シャワーやネット環境も特に問題なくブッフェスタイルの朝食も適量でした

Everything perfect
Pros:

Nice staff, very clean place, good location (not too close to the busy areas, but not far either), fantastic jacuzzi and small swimming pool on the top, with amazing views, nice rooms, not much to ask for. If you don't stay there during the weekends (very busy), it's much better IMHO, as you can have nice discounts + the shared areas almost only for yourself

Cons:

Bring ear plugs for the night. There are some noisy dogs around. Not the hotel fault obviously but well.

Muy malo, no volvería y no lo recomiendo
Pros:

No nos dieron la habitación que elegí en el momento de realizar mi reserva La vista no es la más bonita, muy molesto subír y bajar tramos de escaleras para llegar a la habitación. Los desayunos Buffe muy regular las arepas que ofrecen nisiquiera se pueden morder, el café absolutamente catástrofe, huevos casi siempre salados deben capacitar al personal de cocina o poner un cociner@ profesional que realmente pueda cocinar para restaurante

Realice dos reservas una habitación luxury para mi esposo y para mi y para mis hijos un apartamento los dos lugares no entraron en la descripción de lo que yo elegí en el momento de recervar mi habitación no tenía sofa y la mesa que necesitaba para trabajar era redonda metálica pequeña coja y sillas plásticas duras imposibles poder trabajar allí de Luxury no le vi nada. Por otra parte el apartamento eran mucho más pequeño del que yo había elegido sin sofá, solicité el tendedero de ropa que nunca lo llevaron se supone que tenía sillas cómodas y una mesa de balcón y un pequeño comedor adentro y nada fue así

Al llegar al hotel no se tenia la reserva realizada por booking, presente los correos y nos ubicaron en las habitaciones de abajo, el cual no tiene la mejor vista del lugar y se debe subir bastantes escaleras
