PT: A experiência foi péssima. Cheguei tarde da noite e a receção não queria abrir, apesar de funcionar 24 horas. Após finalmente abrirem, demoraram cerca de 30 minutos para informar que não tinham o quarto que eu tinha reservado.
Depois de uma longa discussão, foi-me atribuído um quarto mais pequeno, sem as comodidades reservadas, e ainda assim cobraram um valor superior.
As condições eram muito más: cama desconfortável, falta de limpeza e ausência de sinal de Wi-Fi. A única coisa positiva foi a água quente no duche. Não recomendo.

ENG: The experience was terrible. I arrived late at night and the reception did not want to open, despite being a 24-hour service. After finally opening, it took them around 30 minutes to inform me that they did not have the room I had reserved.
After a long discussion, I was given a smaller room without the amenities I had booked, and they still charged me more for it.
The conditions were very poor: uncomfortable bed, lack of cleanliness, and no Wi-Fi signal. The only positive point was the hot water in the shower. I do not recommend it.

Después de una larga discusión, me asignaron una habitación más pequeña, sin las comodidades reservadas, y aun así me cobraron más.
Las condiciones eran muy malas: cama incómoda, falta de limpieza y sin señal de Wi-Fi. Lo único positivo fue el agua caliente de la ducha. No lo recomiendo.

An affordable stay close to the Cruz Del Sur bus station for a night to catch early bus
Pros:

Located close to the main bus station for Cruz Del Sur (10 minute walk) was clean with lots of security cameras and complimentary beverages upon check in

Cons:

The building and facilities were fine but the surrounding area was a concern especially at night.
