Wonderful, comfortable stay in a gorgeous location
Pros:

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Hotel Papanikola. The communal area was stunning, with lovely music, a fireplace, comfy couches, and a gorgeous view. The hosts were lovely, excellent English, and very helpful with food/drinks/questions. Location was great, walking distance to the local taverna and the town church. On the road approaching town, the hotel has helpful signs directing you where to go. Overall we had a fantastic time here!

Wonderful hotel, outstandingly friendly owner
Pros:

The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is stunning. The hotel is attractively furnished. The food is mostly locally made or sourced, and is plentiful and delicious. This really is an outstanding hotel - and it's the owner and his family who really make it. They genuinely are delightful; nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend.

Cons:

Essentially there is nothing wrong with this hotel. Perhaps they could put a fan in the rooms, but that is a tiny quibble.

Charming mountain retreat hotel overflowing with Greek hospitality
Pros:

The owner- managers were incredibly welcoming and made us feel almost like we were part of the family. The hotel was tastefully decorated and well cared for. The view from the balcony of the mountains and the garden was superb and the breakfast was delicious and homemade with love.

Pros:

Το σαλόνι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ζεστό και φιλόξενο! Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και πλήρες! Η εκκλησία του χωριού κτισμένη πάνω σε ένα βράχο παραπέμπει στα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων!

Das sehr gute Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausschließlich mit von den Gastgebern erzeugten Produkten. Die Krönung war dann der Ort des Frühstücks, der große (Süd-) Balkon mit traumhaften, weiten Blick übers Tal in die Berge.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans un petit village isolé au centre des montagnes du Péloponnèse. Propriétaires très accueillants et serviables, Terrasse ombragée avec vue magnifique sur la montagne et les forêts, pour petit-déjeuner fait maison et avec excellents produits locaux. Possibilité de "snack" le soir. Une taverne dans le village à 2 minutes à pied. Parking facile derrière l'hôtel. Certains jours d'été, cinéma en plein air sur l'esplanade devant l'hôtel, face à la vallée. Le cadre et le calme sont exceptionnels.

Pros:

Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel ! L’accueil à été super et l’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé dans les montagnes. Reçu comme si j'étais de la famille. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine, le petit-déjeuner était copieux et très bon, les dîners merveilleux avec une cuisine locale et des produits tout fait maison, je me suis régalé.
