Voltaria se a limpeza e as comodidades fossem melhorados

Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Obrigada às sugestões e ajuda a encomendar comida. O rooftop com piscina é muito bem cuidado e agradável de se estar. Pena que só há à venda no bar sumos, refrigerantes e não se venda comida (snacks, aperitivos,sandes coisas do género).Fica localizado a 5min a pé da estação de autocarro onde iríamos apanhar o autocarro de volta para Dubrovnik. Supermercado, multibanco e um restaurante mesmo ao lado. 10min a pé do centro.

Cons:

- Limpeza do quarto no dia do check in: áreas com pó,migalhas na escrivaninha e apareciam formigas no primeiro dia,cabelos no chão.
- Limpeza diária: o chão na casa de banho não é varrido, logo vai sempre ter cabelos; o pó continua lá; no penúltimo dia as toalhas que foram trocadas estavam todas molhadas (tentei trocar por outras,mas o resultado foi igual).
- As toalhas são àsperas e bastante desgastadas.
- A carpete do quarto tem várias manchas.
- O colchão afunda e foi colocado um outro fino por cima.
- Os lençóis não eram do tamanho da cama, então foram utilizados dois notando-se ao dormir a junção destes.
- Pequeno almoço: tive que pedir em vários dias reposição de comida como pão ou ovos. Em alguns dias as mesas estavam todas por limpar, após a utilização de outros hóspedes.
- Seria o aniversário do meu esposo durante a estadia.Antes de chegarmos por mensagem eu perguntei se era possível ter um pequeno bolo como surpresa o qual eu pagaria.Foi informado que era possível e seria oferta. Chegou o dia e não houve bolo, nem mesmo depois de eu ter perguntado na recepção a um jovem se ainda era possível e este afirmou que sim (eu mostrei a conversa por mensagem no Booking).

Pelo que foi mencionado, não acho que o preço cobrado, seja adequado à qualidade apresentada.

I liked that it has free parking and it’s not far from the Main Street, the staff are kind and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was so so bad, I ended up switching my bed with my kid bed to be able to sleep, but I still couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, you just sink inside the mattress like there is a hole in it, also the bathroom is so tight and small you can barely sit on the toilet without knocking your head somewhere. The breakfast was very limited compared to other countries 4 stars hotels

Sarebbe molto bello poter usufruire del servizio bar anche sulla terrazza con piscina.
