Lage des Hotels super, am Rand der Altstadt

Pros:

The staff were very nice and hospitable

Cons:

It is definitely not 4 star. I would say 2 star in the room it had no facilities and the breakfast was terrible all cramped in one small area with no quality whatsoever

Die kleinen Zimmer für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet
Pros:

Lage gut, nettes Personal, Dachterasse sehr schön mit Pool und zum Verweilen, grosses Balkon, das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr sehr kleines Zimmer, beim buchen war die Zimmergrösse nicht ersichtlich, kein Platz zum Verstauen der Koffer, wir konnten uns kaum bewegen im Zimmer.
Für eine Nacht ok zum schlafen, jedoch für länger in dem kleinen Zimmer nicht geeignet. Matratze viel zu weich, nicht geeignet für Personen mit Rückenproblemen. Das Hotel verdient auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne, max. 3 Sterne.

Pros:

La ubicación está a 10 minutos caminando del casco histórico y el parking está incluido
El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación Reserve por booking la habitación doble delux y ponía que tenía 25 m2 pero como mucho tendría 15. Cuando lo comenté al personal del hotel me comentaron que habría sido un error al registrarse. Siempre los errores son a favor del hotel… Que casualidad!!

Difícil escolher o que mais gostei, pois foi tudo acima da média. Funcionários prestativos, quarto excelente, café da manhã delicioso, localização perfeita.

Cons:

Eu diria que podia ter mais frutas no café da manhã, pois nos dias em que estive lá só havia uvas, mas no último dia tive que sair cedo e foi colocado no meu kit os pêssegos mais doces que já comi.

Sonnige Strandtag in Herceg Novi

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr sehr nett. Wir haben an einem Parkplatz etwas außerhalb geparkt, da das umsonst war und sogar unser Auto wurde dorthin gebracht. Auch das Frühstück umfasste alles, was man braucht. Das Meer beziehungsweise der Strand Zugang direkt am Hotel sind sehr gepflegt. Man findet immer eine freie Liege.

Cons:

Wichtig zu wissen ist es, dass es bei diesem Hotel zwei Häuser gibt. Die in Booking abgebildeten Bilder umfassen die des neuen Teils des Hotels. Wir haben bei unserem Aufenthalt ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels bekommen. Daher war das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch muss man sagen, dass wir das jetzt nicht explizit angesprochen haben, weil wir nur kurze Zeit da waren und erst bei Abreise auf die Idee gekommen sind, dass wir das hätten ansprechen können. Bei anderen Anbietern ist es auch tatsächlich so, dass beide Zimmertypen gezeigt werden. Darüber hinaus war es bei uns zweimal so, dass unsere Strandtücher etwas feucht waren also noch nicht komplett getrocknet.

Hotellet var väldigt centralt. Vi fick jättebra service av den arabisktalande mannen som satt i receptionen. Det enda jag har att klaga på är att lakanen var fläckiga. Vi klagade på det, men det hände inget. Frukosten var bra och det fanns fri parkering.

Sängen va inte bekväm, för någon med rygg problem.
