Pros:

We didn’t stay there. We had a mixup and a rough night.
Our flight was an hour late. We got to the car rental and they were closed so everything was just a mess. We got a Uber and we went to the wrong hotel. We went to the Hilton Garden Inn by by mistake. I have been trying to get our money back from you since we did not stay there. I’m so sorry about the mixup please consider returning our money this is a big hit to our income.
