Seven Hills Lubyanka Hotel

On arrival late in the evening we were given a room ( last in hotel) a. Room that looked nothing like the picture it was a small double that was pushed to the wall to allow a walkway on one side, no bedside furniture. Or lamps etc.
After complaint we were given another room the next day (our last) this was as per the picture, so ask for room 106
Breakfast good and location brilliant, clean and helpful staff.

Всё нравится, езжу регулярно. Очень удобное расположение, самый центр, приветливый персонал, особое спасибо горничным, которые также готовят и сервируют завтрак. Одноместные номера не большие, но оборудованы всем необходимым. Приятно порадовало наличие халатов, тапочек, наборов с зубной щёткой и пастой, которые есть не во всех пятёрках и четверках. Молодцы!

객실이 청결하고 호텔 직원이 친절합니다. 비치되어있는 세면용품도 좋습니다. 조식이 신청한 시간에 준비되지 못한 것을 제외하면 만족스러웠습니다. 지하철역과 붉은광장도 가깝습니다.

Muy recomendable, la ubicación es perfecta está a metros de la plaza roja y de muy buenos restaurantes, la habitación siempre limpia y toallas diferentes diarias, el desayuno a la habitación delicioso y siempre puntual, solo tuve algunos problemas con el wifi en mi habitación pero nada de trascendencia.

Capital House is a very nice place to accommodate in Moscow. It is near the Red Square and metro station with just 5 to 10 mins walking, which is convenient to pay a visit. The house is clean and also offer breakfast. What's more, the staff is willing to offer help and guidance. All in all, it is a pleasure experience living in Capital House and highly recommend！

The Good: Great location just a few blocks from Red Square, safe and quiet tucked into a small courtyard. Friendly staff. The room had a quaint charm, with high ceilings and deep windows, and the bathroom was updated and modern. Everything was very clean. The Bad: Breakfast was absolutely terrible! There is no breakfast room, so it is brought to your room in the morning on a tray (you choose the options the day before). No meat or cheese....just cold eggs or potato pancakes, awful coffee, and bread so stale it was inedible! We had booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived it was not available (?) so we had to share a double bed. The mattress was not very comfortable, and the pillows were terrible.

In spite of the good location if you are fraveling or connecting in terminal 2, the apparently nice facilities and then frienky stuff the hotel is rather dirty. It has a funny smell and we found cockroaches in our bedroom. On top of that there was a HUGE green light in the room that shined right into your eyes and didn't let us sleep. There was no way to turn the freaking light off because it was an emergency light.
Instead of resting we had a disgusting night.

С учётом цены и расположения - вполне адекватные условия.
Для деловой поездки, где треубется жить в центре или для туристической, где в номере предполагается только ночевать - самое то.

Limpio, barato y bien situado. Ideal para presupuestos ajustados sin renunciar a estar al lado de la plaza roja. No esperes ningun lujo, habitación muy pequeña y desayuno escaso.

First of all, good location at the centre of Moscow and near attactions. Room was tidy and clean.

However, the staff at front desk was not good at English and difficult to communciate. The lock was broken and can't lock the room, even no another room to change. Too many mosquitos in the room, I killed 5-6 one night after closing all the windows and door, really annoying. Sometime no hot water supply and the breakfast is just ok.

In conclusion, if you have better choices, you know what to choose.

位置很方便，早餐也不错，但是环境和房间设施比较差。特别是已经确认好的房间居然被二次转租了……害得我们第一晚不得不改房间，和蚊子战斗了一夜……第二天又折腾搬家……

The environment looks good in the pics, and we planned to stay there for 4 nights, but we finally checked out and moved to another one on the second day.

Frankly, it is close to tourist attractions, and the room looked decent. However, we didn't aware that there was no air-condition in the room and fought hard with mosquitos and stuff environment all night long. What's really worse is that somebody smoked downstairs.

Hotellet ligger ganske sentralt i Moskva, bl.a. gåavstand til Den røde plass. Hotellpersonalet er behjelpelig Etter beste evne, lav og varierende nivå på engelsken.

Rommene har ikke aircondition og vinduet må settes opp. Støynivå på natta fra søppeltømming osv, i tillegg til fuglekvitring fra 4-tiden på morningen.

Kontinentalfrokostet består av en liste som må krysses av på: 1 varmrett (velge fra eksempelvis omlett, kokt egg, pannekaker, grøt), velge 1 drikke mellom te/kaffe/grønn te pluss krysse av om du vil ha brød, smør, syktetøy, kaffefløte. Frokosten blir levert på døra ift tidspunktet du skriver på listen i den perioden frokostserveringen er. Dette er ikke hva jeg forventet av kontinental frokost.

Om du ikke har høye forventninger og vil bo sentralt så kan det være en grei hotell.

붉은광장 걸어서 10분, 지하철 걸어서 5분, 레닌그라드역 지하철 3정거장으로 위치적으로 좋음. 조식은 뷔페가 아닌 룸서비스 식으로 나오며 시간대를 선택할 수 있음(간단한 식사+음료수). 로비층에 묵게 되는 경우도 있음. 일부 방이 해당될 것이며 차양 문제로 조금 귀찮을 수 있음. 커튼 고정대가 생각보다 튼튼하지 않음. 24시간 리셉션을 하고 있으며 접수원의 영어실력은 전반적으로 괜찮음.

혼자 여행을 떠나면서 예약한 숙박입니다. 주요 관광지, 붉은광장, 지하철역이 걸어서 5분안에 해결 됩니다. 단, 숙소 처음에 찾으실때는 꽤나 길 헤메실 수도 있어요~ 숙소도 매우 조용한 곳에 위치하고 있어서 편안합니다. 조식도 무료인데다 방까지 정해진 시간에 서비스 해줍니다.
처음 찾는 위치만 아니면 다른 것은 전부 쾌적하고 좋습니다.
