Good stay
Pros:

The staff was genuinely super nice! Value-for-money hotel, to be honest. You're getting what you're paying for. The staff is very accommodating. Thank you to the hotel and staff.

Cons:

The building looks and feels a tiny bit old but it's still really good, thank you.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Amman , cozy hotel , all the stuff were helpful, smile ,trying to find everything makes the guests happy , i’d like to thank Mr. Ahmed & all the front desk staff , also special thanks goes to Om Aly And the chef coke , the breakfast was very delicious and assorted, highly recommended, in the middle of Amman , i liked every thing

Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber, komfortabel und gut gelegen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Hoteldirektor, Herrn Ahmed. Er war äußerst respektvoll, zuvorkommend und hat sich jederzeit darum bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sein Engagement und seine Hilfsbereitschaft haben einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hat mich aber nicht ganz überzeugt. Ich würde es mit etwa 75 % bewerten. Hier gibt es aus meiner Sicht noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial.
Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel jedoch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde gerne wiederkommen.

فندق رائع وكل شيئ فيه ممتاز بداية من الاستقبال والضيافة ونظافة الغرف انتهاء بالعناية ب ادق التفاصيل لضمان راحة النزلاء.. وأشكر جدا أ/محمد على حسن الاستضافة.. بالتأكيد لن تكون الزيارة الاخيرة لي في هذه الفندق..سيصبح اختياري في كل مرة أسافر فيها إلى عمّان
