Gulligt ganska litet hotell mitt i Fjällbacka. Trevlig service i receptionen! Frukosten var god!

Cons:

Trevligt med badkar i badrummet men svårt att gå i och ur och själva badkaret vid dusch. Däremot var badrummet fräscht och hade fint kakel/klinker.

Location and charming decor

Cons:

there were several issues that affected our experience: the TV in the main room didn’t work, the drape was missing on the first night (making it hard to sleep), breakfast wasn’t fresh and the response when I asked about it felt dismissive, the room had dust and cobwebs, and although I requested housekeeping for the second day, no one came.

Usel men jag ser det som en ledningsfråga

Efter om och mycket gick vi ett litet rum Alexandria .Det var mysigt lagom för en natt

Cons:

Incheckningen usel .En stackars hovmästare som både skulle springa ut med mat till hotellgästerna och samtidigt checka in nya gäster.
Vidare hade det förväxlats rum så det var kaos Hovmästaren kallade På Hanna som hade avslutat sitt pass
Hon redde upp situationen så gott hon kunde .Vårt första rum som vi fick visade sig vara ostädat . Vi fi fick då rummet Alexandria som var OK.

Gammalt charmigt hotell med utmärkta sängar!
Pros:

Hotellet ligger sanslöst centralt i Fjällbacka i närheten av vattnet! Äldre trevligt hotell med bra personal och mycket bra frukost!

Cons:

Finns ingen hiss vilket kan försvåra för rörelsehindrade att bo på hotellet!
