The location was great, walkable into Christchurch central. The booking process and checking in/out with the codes was extremely easy. The service was fantastic with our room being made up each day, the staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our bags in the laundry when we checked out until we were leaving for the airport.
Our bathroom heater wouldn't work so I found it a bit cold.

It was a very cold time and we found the heating inadequate. The heat pump seemed to be set on a low heat and we were unable to change it. We didn’t bother the staff as it was only a one night stay.

Nothing, however getting all our luggage upstairs after just landing 🛬 after our flight ✈️ was challenging. A downstairs room would have suited us better due to our age.
