Lovely, would recommend to anyone
Pros:

The rooms are clean, modernly decorated, and the beds very comfy. Its very easy to find from the airport. Walking distance (15 minutes) from the city centre (Riverside Markets) and spitting distance to Hagley park.

Cons:

The toilet paper was thinner than the air on top of Mt Everest.

A very central walkable location, hugely helpful staff and an attractive well equipped property.
Pros:

Staff! The lady who was cleaning was so helpful and kind particularly about parking queries.
The location is excellent, very accessible by car or walking. The property is very well equipped, clean and well presented.

Cons:

It would have been useful to have greater clarity about the parking options locally in advance but the housekeeper was so helpful about this.

Super Aufenthalt mit allem was man braucht und einfachem, zeit-unabhängigen Check-In.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut in einem Wohnviertel von Christchurch gelegen. Man kommt zu Fuß innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Man hat einen unabhängigen 24-Stunden-Check-in, welcher für uns aufgrund der späten Ankunft super war. Wir haben einen Code bekommen und konnten ganz einfach einchecken. Waschmaschinen und Trockner standen gegen eine kleine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer wurden auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt und das Zimmer hatte eine super Ausstattung mit allem, was man ggf. benötigt.

Cons:

Kein direkter Negativ-Punkt, aber vielleicht wichtig für den einen oder anderen zu wissen: Die Wände zu den Nachbarräumen sind sehr dünn. Wenn man Zimmer-Nachbarn hat, die etwas lauter sind, sind diese evtl. sehr gut hörbar. Bei leichtem Schlaf empfiehlt es sich, Ohrenstöpsel mitzunehmen.

Always my go to in Christchurch .. location, facilities and cleanliness is simply perfect.

Cons:

Request an upstairs back room if you are noise sensitive.
