Very limited dedicated parking with tiny driveway. Area too small so need others to move out to exit.
Free parking available are p120 only
Can hear people on the street walking pass
Construction on the opposite side from 7am

Clean, modern stay with easy check-in, parking, and great value—perfect for a short visit.
Pros:

We stayed one night at this accommodation in Christchurch and were very satisfied overall. Everything was clean and tidy, and the room was modern and well maintained. We especially appreciated the parking available behind the house and the contactless check-in via code, which worked perfectly.

The bathroom was a bit small, but absolutely fine for a one- or two-night stay. The house itself is lovely—a great blend of modern updates with charming Victorian features that fit Christchurch’s character very well.

Communication was easy, the value for money is excellent, and we would definitely book this place again.

Pros:

Nicely presented and comfortable. Close to buses, park and town.

Cons:

Bathroom window didn’t seal well and because of this on a windy night the bathroom blind banged in the wind.
When you turn the bathroom light on and night it shines into the bedroom.
Faulty iron caused fuses to blow.
TV didn’t work well, the internet or something kept cutting out in the TV and it would just go blank.

Quiet, cozy small hotel near downtown Christchurch.
Pros:

The Parque is a very nice small hotel near downtown Christchurch in a mostly residential neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Very much as advertised

Cons:

Watch the latch on the front gate. It bit me twice. All else was fine.

Cons:

Only thing in this particular room is when other rooms were having a shower it’s was so loud in the wall it was like we were in the shower too. I have stayed many of times and never had that before
