돈 아까운 호텔, 형편없는 서비스
Pros:

호텔은 53층에 위치해 있지만 앞 건물에 시야가 가려져 뷰가 좋지 않다.
영어가능한 직원이 매니져 한명 뿐이라 매니져 없는시간에는 의사소통이 불가능하다.
2주간 머무는 동안 청소를 한번도 안해준다. 쓰레기통을 비워주지도 않을때도 있다.
조식은 방으로 배달해주나 형편없는 수준이고 정해진 시간이 아니라 직원 마음대로 가져다 준다.
타월을 교체 안해주는 날도 있었다.
180달러 가까운 돈을 내고 이렇게 허름한 숙소에서 머문것이 너무 돈 아깝다.
이 호텔을 이용하지 말것을 강력하게 추천한다.
차라리 노보텔 시티를 갔어야 하는데 나의 결정에 너무 후회한다.
지방출장 중 다녔던 지방 모텔보다 더 형편 없다.
카드키가 아니라 항상 열쇠를 들고 다녀야 한다.
장점으로는 아피몰이 바로 앞이다.

정말 이 가격에 호텔이 맞는지.....
Pros:

위치는 모스크바 시티에 위치하고 있어요. 그게 끝입니다. 청소는 안 해 주고 조식은 곰팡이 든 요플레를 주고..수건도 제 때 안 주고...리셉션에는 사람이 없고...정말 다시는 안 가고 싶은 호텔이며 좋았던 모스크바 기억을 모두 최악으로 만들었습니다.
