L’ambiance et la déco chaleureuse de l’hôtel, environnement calme, les chambres étaient spacieuses, agréables et très propres, la bonne surprise d’avoir une grande douche 👍 et non une baignoire, et la literie était parfaite (y compris les duvets et les oreillers) nous avons très bien dormis :-) … le personnel et l’accueil était excellent et sympathique, et le dîner à l’hôtel était délicieux 😋 … je recommande vivement cet établissement ! 👍
Encore un point positif son emplacement, à 30 minutes en voiture de Berne ou de Morat … la campagne environnante est très jolie, et un très beau golf tout prêt …

The apartment: When we checked in here, we'd been traveling Europe for about a month staying only in Booking dot com properties. This was by far the BEST property we booked but it was also one of the most expensive stays. I'm pretty sure we were the first guests to stay here after the apartment had been renovated. The appliances are all brand new. There was an elevator to get to our floor. Even though there was a restaurant downstairs, we never heard the noise from the guests unless our windows were open. The property manager answered our questions via the messaging portal in booking dot com very quickly. We appreciate that we had use of the washing machine!
Location: The bus stop was just across the street. We used public transportation to get into Bern for a day long tour of the city. There is a bakery/grocery store within walking distance. They have anything you could possibly need for a short or long stay.
The Restaurant: You HAVE to have at least one meal at the restaurant downstairs. It. Is. So. Good. Just message Daniela to make a reservation.
I think better information regarding public transportation could have been provided. We did a lot of research on our own and still had questions for the property manager but she just didn't have the answers. To get to Bern, we took the bus from the stop right across the road to Flamatt Bahnhof (about a 10 minute ride) and then took the train into Bern. We used the SBB app to purchase tickets (for BOTH the bus and the train) which was easy enough but we spent roughly $50 USD (40 Swiss Francs) for two round trip tickets. In Switzerland, everything is more expensive!

Lovely Breakfast available from 9 a.m. Dinner was excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean, spacious, and comfy room.

Such a lovely hotel! Really enjoyed it and the staff is so nice. Room was big, with a small kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. The location might not be ideal if you are not travelling by car but the bus stop is near by so it’s doable. There are also various activities for children which was very nice.
Hotel was renovated in 2017 and rooms look very nice
