El ambiente en general. La atención del personal.

Cons:

El baño no tiene ningún tipo de ventilación, fuera de la puerta. Hay que pedir la sábana de arriba. El garage es algo complicado, según el tamaño del vehículo. El desayuno es abundante, pero hay poca variedad. Diariamente se repiten en particular los platos calientes. En los jugos, el de naranja, solo por petición. Todo tiene chía. Booking al hacer la reserva, dice que es con media pensión, pero el establecimiento solo lo otorga bajo petición, en nuestro caso la obtuvimos al tercer día, al mirar por casualidad la reserva, así que si no se reclama, no se otorga.

Mi cuarto no tenía teléfono, he bajado por cada cosa al lobby (pedir la cena) etc error en la toma del pedido. El personal es amable, pero no resolutivo, de nada me es útil las sonrisas sino me solucionan los problemas en mi alojamiento

Frustrante
Pros:

La TV de mi habitación no funcionaba, 3 veces se acercaron y las 3 veces no se arregló, pedí que me cambiaran de habitación y me dan una sin teléfono y si lo tiene debe estar muy escondido que no lo ubico , no responden el celular , tuve que bajar a ordenar cena y me suben la cena sin las especificaciones que coordiné, lamentablemente ha sido muy fastidioso.

Cons:

Que funcione la TV, que no tenga necesidad de bajar al lobby para pedir algo, que respondan el teléfono y mjes, han pasado 2 h de mi mje y sigo esperando que me respondan para saber si necesito algo.

Pude haber sido excelente
Pros:

Esta bien ubicado, cercano a supermercados y negocios de comida. Buena limpieza y cordialidad.

Cons:

Solicite un par de veces servicio a la habitación mediante el canal de whastapp que ellos solicitaban ocupar y no contestaron.

También hubo un corte de internet de varias horas lo que no me permitió trabajar ni llevar a cabo las reuniones, habría sido bueno que tuvieran alguna solución como chip en caso de emergencia.
