Wonderful stay
Pros:

We came back at the end of the week and we received a room upgrade, 2 free cocktails and biscuits in the room. Such a wonderful surprise. I confirm my evaluation. This is a perfect spot to visit Reykjavik city center. Tnx again to all the staff of Grandi.

Modern hotel with great amenities, very comfy rooms.
Pros:

Great communal areas, great continental breakfast, friendly and approachable staff, great location to town (approx 15 minute walk), and near to pickups/dropoffs for activities and airport buses. Would stay again and highly recommend

Cons:

Only downside was there being a gap at the bottom of the toilet door and our sink not being located in the bathroom, but outside it instead

Jó helyen, a belvárostól pár perc sétára van a hotel. Tiszta, jól felszerelt csak ajánlani tudom.
Remek a reggeli, böséges a választék.

Great property in a quiet but central location
Pros:

Comfy rooms, nice and quiet and dark for sleeping, kind staff (immediately switched our room when we told them it smelled like smoke upon arrival-it is a nonsmoking hotel), close to the center but less noise pollution (we saw the Northern Lights two blocks from the property)

Cons:

Super minor but would be nice to have a small garbage can (in addition to the recycling bin) in the main room (not just bathroom)

Pros:

Everything was perfect except the mattress. Too soft to sleep well. Spa was an unexpected extra to enjoy! We will come back soon.

It was a good hotel, comfortable, stylish, good location. It was good value.
Pros:

We liked the location, a short walk from the centre of town but good for the old port & some nice places to eat.
We got an early check in which was brilliant.
The hotel is stylish & comfortable. The staff were helpful.
We ate one night in the restaurant, the food was delicious but expensive (although similar to other restaurants in Reykjavik).
Breakfast selection was good.
The bakery/ cafe that is attached to the hotel was lovely, we only visited it once - I wish we had gone more!
The room had a great view & the beds were comfortable. The room had everything that you need.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned 2 of the 4 days we were there even though I asked for a daily service.
The breakfast staff weren’t always as professional as I would expect, one morning our table was cleared whilst we were at the buffet, we hadn’t finished our drinks & when I told the waitress, she retorted that it wasn’t her! I would have expected an apologetic response rather than her defensive reply. Another morning we sat by the restaurant entrance & at one point there were 4 of your staff chatting together - it wasn’t great to have to sit & listen to it.
