Relaxing, peaceful and nourishing
Pros:

Looked exactly like the photo's everything was great quality. Rooms were comfortable and every single staff member was a helpful, polite and warm.

The breakfast was amazing, so much choice! Worth every penny and saved us money too. Would highly recommend as food is expensive in reykjavik didn't see any breakfast places locally.

Would not have stayed here at the price we paid

Location was good, staff front desk very helpful.

Cons:

We booked through booking.com a month ago and paid almost twice what we would have Pai’s currently. This was a huge disappointment to us that we paid over $900 for 2 nights premium pricing in mediocre deluxe rooms that looked dinghy even though it was a new hotel and we were told the full decor and ‘old’ was by design. It simply felt dated not by design. Had we cancelled in time and rebooked we would have saved at least $300 each couple for an aFelt like a rip off by booking.com and hotel couldn’t do much to adjust or reduce.

Would definitely return.
Pros:

Loved having a cafe at the hotel. The fish and chips at the restaurant was tasty. Also, loved having street parking available.

Cons:

Parking could be difficult and the beds were not he most comfortable. Also, need more than one towel per guest.

Grandi was grand to stay at
Pros:

Lovely hotel located in more affordable parking zone and only a few blocks from the centre with lots to do along the harbour and on way to the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful at front desk.

Εξαιρετικό Κατάλυμα!
Pros:

Το προσωπικό είναι τόσο εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο που δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει. Ειδικά η Ausra ήταν εξαιρετική! Πραγματικά μας έφτιαχνε την ημέρα! Μέσα υπάρχει το Bakery Hygge με υπέροχα πρωινά.

Cons:

Είναι δύσκολο το πάρκινγκ και θέλει ψάξιμο στη γειτονιά. Με το κρύο γίνεται ακόμη πιο δύσκολο.

Presque parfait !
Pros:

Le personnel aimable et attentionné, la modernité de l'hôtel, l'emplacement, le Spa et le petit déjeuner très correct. Le restaurant était très bon aussi et le service impeccable.

Cons:

La porte battante des toilettes est en verre et ne se ferme pas vraiment donc pas beaucoup d'intimité. La chambre côté rue est mal insonorisée et on entend vraiment tout ce qu'il se passe dans la rue.
