Great staff and clean

Nikos is the man who welcomed me. He is at the bar/reception every day and he is a great person! He is very friendly, always a smile. I felt very save and his energy was a pleasure. Also the owner is a very friendly man. He is around sometimes. I had a problem with my airco and they fixed it as soon as possible. Maria, the cleaninglady is also a very friendly and nice person. And she does a good job! Every day a clean room and new towels.
The swimming pool is great! Nice music (not too loud) and great service.
It is a very clean building and surrounding.
Location could nog be better! Directly at the Main Street, but no noise from the street because it is a bit from the street.

The apartment was conveniently located: there were many stores nearby, one of which was right in the building next door. The area was quiet enough to relax after a long day. It was just a 1–2 minute walk to the sea and a 5-minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach

Great place and location, lovely and clean with a warm pool!
Sadly there is only aircon in the main bedroom in apartment 1 therefore if you close the door the second bedroom and bathroom/living area can get very hot!
Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Ansprechspersonen super lieb und die Lage des Apartments ist super. Nebenan hat es einen Supermarkt und es befindet sich sehr Zentral. Das Apartment hatte alles was man brauchte und bei Anliegen wird vom Personal schnell gehandelt. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub super geniessen!

The apartments as very modern good facilities, comfortable. Location is great for getting out and about in Stalis. Pool area good with very friendly barman and food. Would recommend to book if you want somewhere with no children for sure.
We booked the semi-basement apartments, we wouldn't book these again, did feel a little underground, but still lovely rooms just no view. A few outside area's need a little cleaning up but nothing that is major works.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und gross, sehr ruhige Lage, schöner Pool und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Fotos op de site waren van n nieuw mooi appartement. Wij werden, voor aan de strip, gedumpt in n klein SMERIG oud appartrment. Er werd verteld dat hij de volgende dag zou kijken of we ook in t nieuwe gedeelte konden, maar daar is de man niet meer op terug gekomen. Het aanrecht was vet en het servies stond smerig in de kastjes. Zelf alles grondig moeten reinigen. Schimmel in de badkamer. Lange haren in de badkamer.
Op donderdag kregen we de 1e laken verschoning, terwijl we vrijdag om 11 uur moesten vertrekken. Poolbar was om 17uur al gesloten.

The room was cheap and very clean. Saw not a single but in our time there. Location between two beaches, a supermarket, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Requests (a second blanket, new shampoo) were granted quickly. Parking spaces behind the building always available.
We stayed at the old/rather bad part of the hotel. Basically there are two buildings: The shiny and fancy one you can see on the pictures and the other one, which you'll get when you book the standard apartment. The interior was rather ugly, dishes were not clean when we arrived, basically no wifi connection (as I assume the router is in the other building), hot water limited so we had to shower in cold water sometimes.
It was okay for 4 nights looking at the good price but definitely not such a fancy experience like you would imagine by looking at the pictures.
This hotel is a perfect location, the staff were amazing and so helpful. the communication before i came to the hotel was the quickest and most professional i have ever experienced. the hotel rooms are to a very high standard, very peaceful and safe enough if you are a lone traveler.

Lovely apartment, very clean with central location. Although near main road the apartment was set back and quiet.

The Del Mar is in a superb location - very central yet quiet as it is set back from the strip. The whole complex is spotless. The rooms are modern, very well equipped with air con included.
