Sentral beliggenhet, middels komfort, vennlig personale.
Pros:

Veldig sentralt, midt i smørøyet. Kort vei til gamlebyen. Ca 10-15 minutters gange til stranda. Barer, restauranter og klubber rett utenfor døra. Bussholdeplass 5-10 minutters gange.
Rommet var romslig med en liten kjøkkenkrok. Badet ok, med dusjhjørne. Forhøyning i gulvet rundt dusjsonen, slik at vannet ikke rant utover hele gulvet. Dusjforheng.
Sengene var komfortable. Faste madrasser, men med god polstring. Sov komfortabelt hver natt, og jeg har artrose i hofter og rygg.
En liten veranda med glassrekkverk. Akkurat plass til to stoler og et lite bord. Jeg reiste alene, så var god nok plass til meg, men kanskje litt lite for de som er to. Det var greit å sitte der om kveldene og kjøle seg ned.
Hotellet har et moderne design utvendig, litt mer gammeldags innvendig, men ser ut som at de har renovert en del.
Søpla ble tømt hver dag, som er bra når alt toalettpapir ikke kan skylles ned, men kastes i søppeldunken på badet.
Aircondition var inkludert i prisen, og virket bra, wifi likeså.
Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Renholdet kunne vært bedre. Badet var ikke blitt skikkelig vasket da jeg ankom, noe jeg ga beskjed om i resepsjonen. Jeg fant hår og urinflekker på toalettet, og sand i dusjen. Håndklær ble skiftet hver tredje dag, som var sjelden når man dusjer hver dag. Det manglet skilt med "ikke forstyrr" som man kunne henge på døra. Derfor ble jeg av og til vekket av renholdere. Bygningen er dårlig isolert, så det blir en del støy fra gata og andre gjester. Det manglet også tørkestativ. Klesskapet hadde noen skuffer og et rom for oppheng, men dette rommet var ikke høyt nok til å henge kjoler inni. Ca 6-8 kleshengere, kunne gjerne vært flere.

Nova izkušnja. Na koncu vse 👍
Pros:

Všeč nam je bilo parkirišče👍. Je super za vse ki želijo zabavo, bazen in sobo na enem mestu. Glasba je do 4ih zjutraj. Jaz in źena ne marava takšnih mest a so naju otroci prepričali, ker so hoteli v mesto kjer so mladi in zabava.

Cheap and Cheerful
Pros:

Casa Ilios is right in the middle of the Malia strip, so it’s only a 2/3 minute walk to all the bars and clubs, and about a five minute walk to the Old Town. This was incredibly convenient. We had a standard room with a balcony, useful for drying off our clothes, and a little kitchen area with a microwave, sink, fridge and cutlery/bowls in the cupboards. Perfect if you want to make your own breakfast in the morning. The beds were clean and comfortable and there were large mirrors for getting ready. We also did NOT have to pay extra for air conditioning (as other reviews may say). We did not go to the pool but it was open until about 7pm. Panos at reception is also very lovely and understanding.

Cons:

Two things:
1- The bathroom was rather small and whenever we would shower the whole room would get wet (despite it not being a wet room) and there was no bath mat. I think it needs some upgrades
2- I would recommend for young adults who plan to go out a lot, but not for families or older people because the music from the bars plays extremely loudly until about 3/4am (I think it was from the apartments own bar, ‘help bar’ actually). We weren’t able to sleep until about 5am the first night (despite getting into bed at midnight) because of the loud music and then a group of people talking outside of our door. I promise it really was that bad, could hear the song lyrics and individual voices singing along. I think the room needs better noise insulation and perhaps a door between the corridor and the outside (instead of the corridor being open to the outside)

Γενικά αξίζει και με το παραπάνω τα χρήματα του αν μπορείς να υπομένεις την μουσική

Μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο,ικανοποιητικά καθαρό και είχε τα πάντα μέσα σε αυτό

Cons:

Είναι δίπλα σε καταστήματα που παίζουν πολύ δυνατά μουσική όλο το βράδυ.

Nice but no sleep

It was a nice hotel

Cons:

Unfortunately it was just off The Malia Strip and the noise was unbearable till 3.30 in the morning, the rooms should be soundproofed! If you are one of the party goers and want to stay out every night till three in the morning then this is the place for you !
