Günstige Unterkunft wenn man nicht viel Wert auf ein halbwegs gutes Bett und Hygiene legt
Pros:

Für eine Nacht war es ok, das Gebäude sah von außen wesentlich besser aus als das Zimmer dann tatsächlich war

Cons:

Das Zimmer war alt und auch nicht wirklich sauber, die Matratzen sehr hart. Der Lärmpegel war enorm, liegt direkt an der Partymeile von Malia

Very pleasant.
Pros:

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and extremely nice. It’s close to many different stores.

Cons:

The doors aren’t very sound proof. Because of its closeness to the bars and clubs, you’ll be hearing music until 4am.
Another thing is that the shower isn’t very big and has a shower curtain, which sticks to your body.

Per chi cerca vita notturna è un ottimo alloggio situato nel centro dei locali.

Cons:

Pulizia molto scarsa e cucina risicata.
A causa dei locali attorno, il sonno è fattibile solo con tappi per le orecchie o dopo le ore 05 del mattino quando spengono la musica.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else
Pros:

The location was perfect for the strip, but very loud which is normal for the area. The staff is also very nice especially the young man.

Cons:

Where do I start, firstly we left after our first night and booked another hotel down the street. The pictures we saw online seemed much better than what we got. The room was very old and dingy. The inside of the fridge was dirty, all the kitchenware was dirty, the toilet bowl and shower had mold spots. Felt like I was staying in a run down motel. The mirror in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Stains all over the bathroom door, stains on the curtains and sheets and ants in the rooms

Pros:

Logement confortable et assez bien équipé, la cuisine est un vrai plus

Cons:

Le bruit peut être dérangeant pour des personnes qui ne cherche pas à sortir et faire la fête car on entend quand même beaucoup la musique du bar voisin.

10 out of 10 apartment in beautiful Malia
Pros:

The best place to stay in beautiful Malia!!!
I've been travelling around Greece for a long time but that apartment was nr 1 so far!!!!
Extremely modern new refurbished building, new furniture and appliances.
Apartment was cleaned every day by lovely cleaner lady.
Amazing helpful staff.
Location 10 out of 10 close to every market, shops, bars, restaurants and short walk to beautiful beach.
Looking forward to visit again :)

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage und das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich: Sehr kleiner Pool, beschädigte Liegen und keine Sonnenschirme. Die Liegen stehen so eng, dass
kaum Platz zum Durchgehen ist.

Das Zimmer: Es gab nur dünne Laken statt richtiger Decken. Das ist problematisch, wenn man sich wegen der Klimaanlage nicht einigen kann.

Der Lärm: Schlechte Schalldämmung (besonders die Zimmertür, während die Balkontür gut isoliert war). Der Lärm von der Bar ging bis nach 2 Uhr nachts. Fenster öffnen war wegen des Lärms unmöglich.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura una settimana, che dire, tutto perfetto, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative…la struttura si vede che ha avuto una ristrutturazione recente, è tutto nuovo, le stanze sono bellissime, molto moderne e grandi. Lo staff gentilissimo è sempre disponibile. Avevamo noleggiato una macchina e abbiamo avuto anche il parcheggio gratuito. Ripeto tutto perfetto, unica cosa che consiglio è quella di cambiare i cuscini!
