Great location. Room very comfortable
Muse Urban Suites was perfectly located for our quick trip to Athens - super close to heaps of restaurants, rooftop bars, public transport and the Acropolis. The room was large, spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was a good size with nice smelling shower products. The property was secure with a locked door to the building (at night) and swipe key access to the room. Despite not seeing Gigi in reception for our check-in or during our stay, she was very responsive and helpful when replying to our questions on WhatsApp. There is al elevator that works well too which was great. A/C worked well. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Athens!
At times there was some noise from the street as the property is located amongst the Flea Market, however the sound was not a major issue.

Porta di ingresso e finestra non si chiudevano perfettamente, vanno sistemate / regolate. Soprattutto la porta passava luce e aria dal corridoio, si sentiva ogni rumore.

Hôtel à éviter absolument.
Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été très désagréable. La réceptionniste s’est montrée froide, peu aimable et peu professionnelle. Lorsque j’ai simplement demandé une chambre au calme, sa réponse a été évasive et condescendante, sans réelle volonté de répondre à ma demande.
La première chambre était située juste au-dessus de l’extracteur du restaurant. Un bourdonnement permanent se faisait entendre juste derrière la tête de lit, rendant tout repos impossible, même en pleine journée.
Lorsque j’ai demandé à changer de chambre, la réceptionniste m’a répondu que l’autre chambre disponible avait des fourmis. Finalement, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre où il y avait effectivement des fourmis sur la terrasse.
Le pire reste le bruit. L’hôtel ne précise pas qu’un bar situé juste en face diffuse de la musique avec DJ tous les soirs, de 18 h jusqu’à environ 2 h du matin. Le niveau sonore est extrêmement élevé, comme si l’on dormait à l’intérieur du bar. Si vous recherchez un minimum de calme, passez votre chemin.
L’hygiène nous a également laissés perplexes. Dès la première nuit, puis la deuxième, nous avons eu d’importantes démangeaisons avec de nombreux petits boutons. Je ne peux pas en identifier la cause, mais cette expérience a renforcé notre sentiment d’inconfort.
Les équipements de la chambre sont corrects, mais cela ne compense absolument pas la qualité de l’accueil, le bruit permanent et le manque de confort. Nous n’y sommes restés que deux nuits et nous avions hâte de partir.
Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant passer un séjour agréable à Athènes.
La ubicación es buena pero montan fiestas nocturnas en la terraza de arriba, por lo que hay ruido y música hasta altas horas de la madrugada

Location was great. Rooms & beds were comfortable.
A/C unit leaked. No mirror in bedroom. Nowhere to put suitcases. Gigi was so nice when we checked-in, then never acknowledged us after that. When we checked out, she did not say “goodbye” or “I hope you had a nice stay” or “thank you”.
Location was perfect for Athens stay. A bit hard to find at first. Would suggest you have your ride drop you at Ermou 99. It is the easiest drop spot since no vehicles are allowed on the exact street to the entrance. It is a 1 min max walk to the front door. Constantine and Gigi were extremely helpful with directions and any other restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again and again!

location was great. spacious open feel of suite with lots of light. modern amenities. View of acropolis. Nice kitchen and dining layout. friendly and helpful staff. elevator. easy metro access. Shopping area on street below suite closed about 10pm so area was quiet most nights.
suite is nicely soundproofed for the most part but we did experience one night of loud music late into the evening.
Location
Location was hard to find, never saw any staff to ask any questions. Could not figure out how to watch the TV which was a bummer for our daughter, the lights would go on and off and make a crazy noise, could not figure out how to stop that. The location was perfect, never had any breakfast, no idea where that was.
Would be nice to have a Someone greet us ans walk us through.

Bij aankomst laat in de avond was het even zoeken naar de ingang . Het ziet er dan wat verlaten uit met al die dichte rolluiken. Hoe leuk was het dan ook om de volgende ochtend naar buiten te stappen en midden op de vlooienmarkt te staan !!

Vacanza perfetta!struttura centralissima situata nel Flea Market, vicino a Piazza Monastiraki (dove c'è la metro) e a tutti i servizi (negozi, farmacia, ristoranti ecc.), alloggio spazioso, pulito e moderno dotato di ogni comfort. Vicina a tutte le attrazioni e quartieri principali: acropoli, antica agorà, agorà romana, biblioteca di Adriano; Plaka, Syntagma, Psiri. Personale gentile e disponibile, ci hanno aspettato per fare il che-in tardivo e ci hanno fornito consigli e informazioni. Consiglio a tutti quesa struttura!
