Der Mann der uns in Empfang genommen hat, war voller Energie und war auch wirklich gut. :)
Die Lage war echt super.

Cons:

Nicht so geil waren die Kakerlaken die ich überall wahrgenommen habe, wenn ich die Treppen vom Restaurant in den Hotelbereich hoch kam..
Nach der Nacht in dem Hotel hatte ich auch Rückenschmerzen ohne Ende und für ältere Menschen ist dieses Labyrinth auch nichts.
Preis/Leistung eher nicht ansprechend

Great price for central location but the sewage smell in our room was suffocating
Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the center of Novi Sad. Some rooms (not all) are of great size and the beds and pillows are good for sleeping. Their garage is in the hotel with easy access to the reception. The room price is cheap for this category. The breakfast has to be ordered from the waiter, not buffet style. We skipped the breakfast because we didn't want to sit in the restaurant where smoking is allowed.

Cons:

Terrible sewage smell in the room. We had to request another room which also smelled a bit of sewage by the faucet but at least the smell was not present outside the bathroom.
In Serbia the staff and guests are allowed to smoke in the restaurants. The smoke is everywhere in the corridor above the restaurant.
The garage entrance is very narrow. A wider car may have serious challenge to navigate up and down. The parking bay is however wide enough, no problem.

Alles hat gepasst und Novi Sad mit dem Hotel Fontana sind ein fester Bestandteil unserer Reisen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel incl. Restaurant unmittelbar am Stadtzentrum . Die Lage ist wirklich 1a. Punkten kann das Hotel auch mit dem hervorragenden Restaurant welches ein enormes Angebot hat . Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wichtig ist auch das es eine Tiefgarage gibt. Wir haben einen VW Tayron . Dieser hat gerade so reingepasst.
Wir machen gern einen Stopp in Novi Sad weil es für uns eine hübsche und lebendige Stadt ist. Unser Zimmer war riesig und hatte einen Balkon

Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο. Όλα τα καταστήματα εστίασης είναι πολύ κοντά. Δεν μετακινήσαμε το αυτοκίνητο. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό. Έκπληξη αποτελεί το εστιατόριο στο ισόγειο του ξενοδοχείου. Μεγάλη ποικιλία και ό,τι δοκιμάσαμε ήταν εξαιρετικό. Στο σέρβις ξεχωρίζει ο πιο μεγάλος σε ηλικία κύριος, ευγενέστατος πάντα. Το δωμάτιο πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο. Τέλος, πολύ καλό το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου.

Maravillosa experiencia
Pros:

La ubicación: excelente, apenas a 3-4 minutos del centro histórico de Novi Sad.

El desayuno: muy variado y maravilloso.

Personal: súper amable y hospitalaria. Te ayudan en todo momento y hace que la estancia sea muy agradable.

Cons:

Todo me ha gustado, no puedo quejarme al respecto.

Quizá sí pueda sugerir que puedan avisar a los clientes la hora de la limpieza de la habitación, ya que una vez nos quedamos una mañana completa y entraron sin previo aviso. Pero nada que pueda destacar negativamente.
