It was close to the airport so I didn’t have to wake up even earlier to get to my flight on time.

Shuttle to airport
When we arrived the lobby TV prominently showed martial arts and we had problems to keep our toddler from having to see that while checking in.
The location was great, staff was amazing especially Kiya - she was super helpful and gave fantastic customer service! Room was comfortable and clean

Quality great night sleep. Overnighted on a charter and this hotel was within easy distance from Signature Aviation.
Got in mid-evening and was glad to see that they had various bar-foods available so I didn't have to Door Dash. Good pizza/stuffed potato skins.
Large facility, I think I had the one wing to myself. Didn't see or hear another person. Used the fitness facility the next morning, very clean and well kept. Good equipment.
Really enjoyed the breakfast, many types of breakfast sandwiches available along with the other usual fare.
I'd stay again.
Shuttle to airport
The hotel itself is nice, with spacious rooms, very near the Columbus airport, and the ability to leave you car at a reasonable rate ($10/day). But I booked this location due to its (alleged) 24-hour shuttle that’s supposed to be available on 15-minutes notice. On Nov. 2, my wife and I went to the lobby at 4:45 am figuring we would a shuttle about 5 am so we could easily make our 6:30 am flight. Several others were already waiting. By 5:20 am we called an uber, as did several others. The front desk said something about the driver waiting for a bigger bus, but here’s a tip. Get the bigger bus earlier in the evening when people aren’t trying to get early morning flights. And don’t advertise a 15-minute waiting period when you can’t meet that. On our return trip I won’t bother with the (alleged) shuttle
Liked the lady at the front desk but they haven't returned my money that was on hold for keeping the room for two days and it's been over a week that they owe me money
