Excelente ubicacion en pleno centro historico de Santa Marta, con bares, restaurantes y comercios de todo tipo, sumado a ello que se encuentra a 50 metros del Malecon. Se puede llegar caminando a la mayoria de las atracciones turisticas de la ciudad. La habitacion amplia y comoda, con aire acondicionado, pequeño escritorio, TV y muy buena señal de wifi. El personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno es aceptable y se sirve en la terraza del establecimiento (cafe, huevos revueltos, jugo y frutas). A pedido limpian y cambian las toallas a diario.
El armario para guardar y colgar la ropa estaba dentro del baño (habitacion 201) y los elementos de aseo personal brillan por su ausencia (no habia toalla pequeña para las manos, jabon en el lavatorio ni alfombra para cuando uno sale de la ducha). La zona a partir del atardecer es muy bulliciosa y dificulta un poco conciliar el sueño.

Convenient location close to the boulevard and the plaza where all the bars and restaurants are. Good breakfast, different every day. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff and close location to Parque de los Novios where you can find lots of restaurants and nightlife. On the other hand even closer to the sea and the beach which you can see from the terrace where the breakfast is served. Free coffee offered at the reception. There's only cold water but that's a standard on Caribbean coast. Typical breakfast (eggs, toast or arepa, fruit bowl, juice or water, coffee).
Very minor things but it would make a difference. They don't give a separate soap so you need to use shower gel. Also an extra small towel for drying hands would be great. Hopefully these little changes can be implemented!
location was excellent, right in between restaurant and bar area, and the marina. perfect walking distance to both areas.
Breakfast was good, room is small but comfortable.
no hot water, our room on the first floor was close to the lobby, but all night and day we could hear everyone that passed by or was talking in the lobby, asi if they were right there. felt as if there was not much privacy.
