All the staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful with lots of maps & tips for things to do.
The inner courtyard area & breakfast/coffee area were very relaxing & there was plenty of water & hot drinks & cookies whenever I felt like it.
It would’ve been nice to avail of the rooftop terrace but I think the weather wasn’t suitable
It’s quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Modern but warm decor. The rooftop garden was lovely. Good location, close to buses to take you all over Malta
The only thing is the internal room did not have a bigger window letting in more natural light. Also no way to get fresh air into room. But recognise that is the nature of the building. Everything else made up for it.

Very comfortable, beautifully presented hotel in good position just outside Valletta with a lovely walk into the main town. Very helpful, friendly staff.
Didn’t like being in the dark back room without windows- but we should have read the room description more thoroughly before booking- however it was very comfortable and definitely quieter.
We were able to change rooms after a few days to a front room which was wonderful!

hotel location was outside off Valletta centrum so it was quiet.
The staff were lovely and so helpful. Nice touches like 'help yourself' tea, coffee, milk and toiletries. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Location is great for walking to old Valletta
The rooms that face the inner courtyard are dark, which is probably fine for a 2/3 day stay but for longer, I would recommend a room with an outside window.

Das Hotel war perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war tipptopp sauber und gepflegt. Anna an der Rezeption hat immer wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Lage war ideal, man konnte zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten das Stadtzentrum oder den Busbahnhof erreichen.

An excellent 6 night stay in a suite which was large, clean, modern and characterful.
The staff, without exception, were lovely: helpful, friendly and professional.
The location, just 10 mins walk from the city was perfect to escape the crowds and there is a decent convenience store and excellent cafe for breakfasts just around the corner, plus there is a common area with free tea and pod coffee 24hrs a day.
We found free parking with no problems every day.

There was nothing we didn't like.
Tout était parfait. Nous avions la chambre 15 avec la terrasse. Très calme et très spacieuse. Le personnel est très attentionné et nous a donné d excellentes recommandations pour les restaurants et les trajets. Endroit cosy bien loin des grands hôtels impersonnels. Le quartier est également très calme mais très proche pour visiter La Valette
Il faut réserver le petit déjeuner à l avance mais on peut se servir un bon café
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Bushaltestelle "Polyclinic". Von dort kann man bequem mit dem Bus 133 nach Valetta fahren.
An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr feundlich empfangen. Wir erhielten Ratschläge für den Aufenthalt. Wenn wir ein Taxi benötigt haben, wurde es für uns sofort bestellt. Besonders nett war, dass man uns bei der Abreise sogar den Koffer bis zur Bushaltestelle gebracht hat.
