Stylish property, quiet location . Pleasant walk to centre.
Staff helpful and efficient.
Very good pillows, air con all worked well. Shower and bath all good. These details matter!
Room with little balcony just right for us.

Cons:

Useful information rather than negatives: Fine for us but no breakfasts at property. Local cafe recommended few steps away? also delivered.
Walk was pleasant but hilly up and down to centre.

A very comfy experience - a home away from home
Pros:

We loved having a balcony. The bathroom felt luxurious. It was great sleeping on such a comfortable mattress. Thank you for providing everything that was needed in the room already like extra pillows etc. The AC was very efficient and we were grateful for it at the end of hot Maltese days. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel felt very safe and secure.

Super lokalizacja, czysto, ładne i przestronne pokoje, miły personel :)

Comfortable Room and Great Staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The entire hotel and room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated, with (importantly for summer!) air conditioning. There is a breakfast bar and lounge area both well stocked with drinks- water, a selection of tea, and a coffee machine. The waterfront is a short walk away, as are a few shops and a large park.

Cons:

The selection of programs on the television was quite limited, though there is a way to navigate to youtube so some entertainment can be found.

Notre séjour au 23 Boutique Hotel a été une véritable parenthèse enchantée ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse, une bienveillance et un sourire qui font toute la différence. Ici, on ne se contente pas de recevoir des clients : on prend véritablement soin d’eux.
Une mention toute particulière, et même une immense mention spéciale à Judith, qui est tout simplement merveilleuse ❤️. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, son attention et sa joie de vivre ont rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel. Judith a ce petit quelque chose de rare : elle vous donne immédiatement l’impression d’être des invités privilégiés et non de simples clients. Elle est solaire, adorable et d’un professionnalisme remarquable.
Toute l’équipe mérite d’ailleurs d’être félicitée pour son accueil, sa prévenance et cette atmosphère si chaleureuse qui règne dans l’établissement. Nous avons été touchés par toutes ces petites attentions qui rendent un séjour mémorable.
Le 23 Boutique Hotel, c’est bien plus qu’un hôtel : c’est une expérience humaine. Un endroit où l’on se sent bien, où l’on est accueilli avec le cœur et dont on repart avec une seule envie : revenir !

Soggiorno super a Valletta
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per visitare Valletta, e più in generale Malta. Il palazzo è restaurato benissimo, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Molto gradevoli alcune piccole coccole per i clienti (tipo la sala caffè, i teli mare a disposizione, il patio interno).

Cons:

Volendo proprio trovare una cosa mancante, la macchinetta del caffè in stanza (anche se c’è il bollitore).
