Great location in Floriana. Could walk to everywhere in Valletta.. good room with Maltese balcony. Good bathroom. Friendly welcome.

Cons:

Stayed for 5 nights. Limited room service and new linen only after 4 nights. No breakfast unless pre-ordered.

Estancia agradable en hotel con mucho encanto y muy tranquilo a 10 minutos de La Valeta
Pros:

Es un hotel con mucho encanto, muy confortable y muy tranquilo. Está situado en Floriana, un barrio bonito y muy tranquilo, a 10 minutos a pie de La Valeta. El camino, por el parque The Mall hasta La Valeta, merece la pena. El personal es muy amable, educado, atento y, especialmente Judith, encantadora. Desayunamos fuera del hotel, en el café siciliano situado enfrente del hotel -Gurreri- y recomendado por el propio hotel, con un café y una bollería excelentes. Las recomendaciones que proporciona el hotel sobre las visitas y los cafés, bares y restaurantes son a tener muy en cuenta. Una estancia muy agradable!

A lovely hotel, in an excellent location with many useful amenities nearby.
Pros:

We stayed in 23 Boutique Hotel for a week and were very happy with our accommodation; the rooms are very nicely decorated and fulfilled our expectations. The hotel is located in a peaceful part of Valletta and only a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre with several good caffes and restaurants in the vicinity in addition to a convenience shop around the corner. The hotel reception staff were great and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. We will come again.

Cute little hotel in Valletta
Pros:

A beautiful room with vaulted ceilings, accessed from a pretty courtyard. Very clean and comfortable. I arrived very late but I was sent very good instructions on how to access the hotel after hours. Good location. Only 15-20 min walk from Valletta Gate.

No m'ha agradat que hem tingut un problema amb la calefacció i no han tingut cap deferència. Tampoc hem estat del tot còmode perquè en el bany fa molt fred

Just heaven…..
Pros:

It was amazing, ideal spot away from any noise , 5/10 min walk to bus terminal, which took you all over the island.
The staff were sooooo helpful, and their recommendations were spot on!
Places to go and eat.
Nothing was a problem for them

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, The room was a nice size and clean.

Cons:

I had two main issues which affected my stay:
1. The hot water in the shower didnt last long enough for 2 people to have a shower with warm water.
2. The aircon is controlled centrally, which in a room with no windows is not cool. We constantly had to leave the room door open to cool down the room (which for us was too warm) and couldnt put the aircon on to dehumidify the room, which would have been nice.

Friendly staff, very clean. Huge rooms compared to what you can find in the area.

They were kind enough to offer a late checkout and you can leave the bagage with them until your departure in case you want to wonder around the city after checking out.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that they were not able to keep the request of not doing any housekeeping during my stay there.
