Highly recommended for Chicago Bulls Lovers.
Pros:

Highly recommended! I still can’t believe I got a room this nice and safe in Chicago for what I paid. You can visit United Center by 15 minutes' walk.

I have never had the same sincere service and care that Ricky at the front reception gave us. It felt like a 5 star experience from him alone. Steve was also amazing. Everyone friendly and helpful and convenient location (walking distance to Rush hospital for us)! Thanks again

Pros:

The room was fantastic, it had all you needed, a kitchen, a place to study/work, high ceiling and a gorgeous view. Every member of the staff I interacted was wonderful and so was the complementary breakfast. Bonus points for the fitness room, it was spacious and dumbbells went up to 75lbs. The drinks at the bar on second floor were great but I don’t recommend the food there. Around the corner of the hotel there’s a verity of places to eat. I was in town for a medical thing so I parked at the hospital which ended up being $8 ($13 unvalidated) and a 2min walk to the hotel. The overall architecture of the building was impressive.

Cons:

I found some hair on my pillow and the pillows had a bit of a funky smell. Also the fitness room didn’t have any wipes and the water cooler didn’t work.
