Hope to return!
Pros:

Great location, very handy for shops, ski lift and other transport, we brought a car and there was plenty of free parking outside of the garage (short walk to an overflow carpark). We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite which had a large balcony. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room in the suite. The facilities and room were lovely. We enjoyed the heated pool a lot, the spa area is small but it wasn't overly busy. Staff were friendly and efficient with requests. The food was nice but we didn't eat regularly in the hotel. Breakfast is well supplied, plenty of fresh fruit but perhaps a bit more variation in hot food would be good. We would definitely stay again. The combination of hotel service with apartment like accommodation was perfect for us!

Cons:

Some minor issues; no housekeeping supplies for kitchen were provided initally ( aparently there is a welcome pack for the suite which we had to request). They were out of slippers for the spa for a few days- which meant 3 of us had to buy flipflops locally for the stay. Indoors, around the entry to the pool area and stairs is very slippy and wet- while there were warnings it feels like this area needs to be maintained more often. Some equipment bits seemed to be missing in the suite e.g. a brush for the dust pan. We found it a bit tricky to dry swimsuits as no heated towel rail, a drying rack would be useful (There are dryers in a laundry room). Which bins were for food/recycling/general waste could be more clearly marked. There was nothing that would put us off a return stay and as noted staff were keen to remediate any issues brought to their attention.

Przestronny pokój, ładny widok z okna, basen i strefa z saunami, dobre śniadania 😄

Cons:

Czystość - pokoje niby były sprzątane ale napewno nie odkurzane, podłoga była brudna :(

Pros:

Eigentlich fast alles, tolle Lage, sehr ruhig und sehr schöner Wellness Bereich

Cons:

Ganz bisschen klagen auf hohem Niveau:
Das Zimmer hat von der Reinigungskraft etwas gemüffelt und beim Frühstück hätte man um 9:00 Uhr etwas mehr nachlegen erwartet. Es war so ziemlich komplett abgefrühstückt.

Pyszne śniadanie, bardzo czysto w apartamencie, codzienne sprzątanie, szlafroki i ręczniki do spa i sauny, super basen czynny do 21, bar do 22. Super odpoczynek. Polecamy😊

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist nur auf Englisch möglich und selbst das wird nicht verstanden.

Not worth the price IMO
Pros:

Breakfast was nice with all things needed but not always restocked, located close to Ski Lift with 10 min walking, many restaurants nearby

Cons:

Dinner was tasteless and way overpriced, Cleanliness of the rooms was not satisfactory there were hairs on towels, bed sheets with stains and dust on the floor. our room was missing bedside lights (only cables sticking out the walls) and the staff did not apologize after pointing it out nor make an effort to fix it. Staff was not very welcoming

Чудовий персонал. Номер був великим та чистим. З кухнею та усім необхідним. Прекрасний ремонт. Чудовий сніданок. Гарне СПА. Чудове розташування, не далеко від канатної дороги. Все було супер!

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücksauswahl gut.

Cons:

Handtücher in der Sauna waren schnell vergriffen. Textilfrei steht extra an den Saunatüren wird aber eher nicht beachtet. Vielleicht nochmal ein Hinweis in den gängigen Sprachen der Hotelgäste.

One of the best ski holidays we have ever had.
Pros:

The spa and pool were amazing. Location was amazing. The staff was exceptional.
Apartment had everything we needed as a family.

Cons:

There was very little not to like. Only thing I noticed that could improve was that the cleaning supplies always seemed to be in the hall.
