Pros:

We were really satisfied. The room was excellently equipped. I would say that someone thought about it. We had an apartment directly with access to the pool. What more could you ask for. The morning swim was breathtaking. The breakfast was varied. I would say everyone satisfied their tastes. Respect for the staff.

Pros:

Really Wonderful apartment in a great hotel! I liked everything in this apartment. Many balconies with a wonderful mountain view around. Very comfortable beds and nice living room. A lot of WC and showeres and there is a sauna inside. The kitchen is great.
The breakfast is really good and the staff is kind and helpful.

Personál byl celkem milý, jídlo celkem dobré

Cons:

Neuvěřitelně měkké matrace, člověk se do nich zabořil. Špína na zdech, na povlečení, na peřinách nechutné skvrny, plíseň ve sprše, bez klimatizace!! Špatné udělaný vchod do pokoje. Hlučný hotel, ale to je o ubytovaných lidech.

Recepce hotelu by mohla být lépe označena.
Nelíbil se nám vstup do pokoje. Vstup do našeho pokoje vedl přes chodbu, kde jsme nejprve museli zavřít jedny dveře, abychom se dostali ke dveřím našeho pokoje. Při přijedu/ odjezdu bylo dost výživné dostat se do/z pokoje.
Stěny v pokoji byly špinavé a odřené.
Na 4 hvězdy nám hotel úplně nepřišel.
Určitě se už nevrátíme!

Rendkívüli hely, biztosan fogom ajánlani másoknak is. Ha úgy adódik, ide szívesen fogok visszatérni.
Pros:

Gyönyörű környezetben terül el a hotel. A szállás rendkívül tiszta, nagyok a szobák és az erkély. Van egy fűtött medence és elég sok szauna és pihenős részleg. Teremgarázs az autóknak. A személyzet segítőkész és kedves, külön öröm volt, hogy voltak magyar pincérek. Rengeteg látnivaló a közelben és sok bevásárlási lehetőség. Sommer Karte, amivel ingyen, vagy kedvezményesen lehet igénybe venni a helyi közlekedési eszközöket, felvonókat.

Cons:

Igazából minden tetszett a szálláshellyel kapcsolatban, talán a kis méretű étkezőhelyiség volt zavaró, amikor mindenki egyszerre szeretett volna reggelizni.

Hotel gut, Betten schlecht.
Pros:

Personal: sehr gut
Sauberkeit: gut
Einrichtung: gut
Lage: gut - Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Betten: ungenügend. Die mit Abstand schlechtesten Betten, die wir in einem Hotel hatten. Matratzen (Stärke 7-8 cm !) waren instabil und bereits durchgelegen. Beim Liegen hat man die Metall- und Holzteile im Rücken gespürt. Habe jetzt, nach 3 schlaflosen Nächten im Elements Resort starke Rückenschmerzen. Für ein angebliches 4-Sterne Hotel eine Zumutung für die Gäste.
Des Weiteren ist uns aufgefallen, dass das Hotel und die Gegend bei Arabern sehr beliebt ist. Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Auch die Gegend um Zell am See wollen wir in Zukunft meiden.

Ihana rantaloma Alpeilla!
Pros:

Siisti ja hyvällä sijainnilla suhteessa hisseihin ja lisäksi auton kanssa näppärä. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Ihana allas, sekö spa-alue. Hyvät löylyt suomalaisessa saunassa.

Cons:

Kuuma oli huoneessa, kun ei ollut ilmastointia. Sijainti hieman sivussa ravintoloista. Palvelu sujuvaa mutta persoonatonta.
