Acceptable for the price, but looking very old and tired.
Pros:

Location is good and it's not expensive. My stay was perfectly adequate. It's very close to a park with exercise facilities, and it's a strong 10-15 minute walk from the subway, so you can take a train then the subway and walk from there if traveling around the island.

Cons:

The hotel is old and the corridors and room were very tired looking. The condition was actually okay - the wallpaper wasn't peeling off or anything. I'm confused where the photos on booking.com come from, perhaps they have renovated some rooms already? The later photos show a more true-to-life version of the room I stayed in.
