Hotel belllo in posizione ottima, ma pessima esperienza
Pros:

Posizione comoda in South beach a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da ocean drive con movida e locali di tutti i generi. Possibilità di prendere l’ombrellone a pagamento nella spiaggia pubblica mente 2 sdraio per camera vengono offerte dalla struttura. Albergo moderno e ben curato. Parcheggio con vallet disponibile in loco ben organizzato.

Cons:

Avevo scelto l’albergo con la colazione in hotel. Arrivo e mi dicono che è a pagamento e che non c’è possibilità. Il secondo giorno dopo la spiaggia torniamo verso le 6 di pomeriggio e la camera non era stata pulita e rifatta. Assurdo! Con quello che abbiamo pagato servizio pessimo!

Fun, fast and fabulous!
Pros:

We had a great experience. This hotel felt like a Miami hotel - from the decor to the location, to the amenities, this hotel had pretty much everything. All the staff we encountered were very attentive and helpful and took great care of us.

Cons:

We received "free appetizer" and "free margarita" coupons at check-in. It was disappointing to see the fine print required us to spend at least $30 in order to receive these. In all honesty, it's why we didn't go to the bar and just went elsewhere.

Mala estadía, buenas instalaciones pero habitaciones pequeñas y pésimo servicio.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy malo. No hay productos. De hecho se agotan rápidamente. Cobran extra incluso por el agua.

Cons:

La higiene y el servicio a la habitación es malo. Son impuntuales. No realizan el servicio.
Las toallas huelen mal y en general el servicio es malo (no incluye ningún tipo de limpieza).

I would not return, the Serena restaurant and the location were the only positives

The Serena restaurant was good and the staff there were lovely.

Cons:

That I paid for breakfast to be included. It was a joke! Bottles of juice, some fruit and small muffins. The breakfast was approx another 16 dollars per day for each of my 5 in our party. The receptionist fobbed me off blaming booking.com and that I should take it up with them. Our rooms were not near each other, party goers loud outside the room in the early hours and our bedroom and bathroom was the size of a matchbox. We had to take our cases outside the room to pack them!

The pool area was nice, staff was extremely nice.

Cons:

The AC did not work although it was set at 68. The room was extremely hot and SMALL. No room to walk, no chairs, no fridge, the bar overcharged me for two drinks. The 20% charge that is now applied and no one is explaining if that is gratuity or just an added fee.
