Vi havde booket til 3 voksne, der var kun forberedt til 2 - så vi måtte skifte lejlighed efter at have pakket ud
Stikkontakter virkede decideret farlige, fungerede ikke, eller sad ikke fast
Toilettet kunne ikke trække ud
WIFI var meget svagt og ustabilt
Værtinden låste sig ind i lejligheden mens en var hjemme grundet sygdom

Esperienza estremamente deludente.

L'appartamento era così caldo da risultare impossibile da utilizzare per il suo scopo principale: dormire. Non sto contestando l'assenza dell'aria condizionata (era chiaramente indicata), ma il fatto che, durante la notte, la temperatura fosse insostenibile.

L'unico modo per cercare di far entrare aria era lasciare aperta la porta finestra della camera da letto, che però era priva di zanzariera. Nel giro di poco la stanza si è riempita di zanzare, rendendo impossibile riposare.

A questo si aggiunge un problema serio di sicurezza: le prese elettriche dell'appartamento sono in condizioni pessime, vecchie, mal fissate alle placche e con parti del meccanismo esposte, prive di protezione degli alveoli. Per questo motivo ritengo la struttura altamente sconsigliata per famiglie con bambini.
Mi sono stati proposti altri appartamenti, ma presentavano problemi analoghi o peggiori, quindi non è mai stata trovata una soluzione realmente praticabile. Alla fine sono stato costretto a prenotare un'altra sistemazione a mie spese.

Ho poi richiesto un rimborso, che è stato respinto sostenendo che l'alloggio fosse conforme a quanto pubblicizzato.

Personalmente ritengo che una struttura che non consente di dormire, oltre a presentare rischi per la sicurezza degli ospiti più piccoli, non sia idonea ad essere affittata, indipendentemente dalla presenza o meno dell'aria condizionata.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto negativa e non tornerei.

Tranquilo e piacevole.
Pros:

La Sig.ra Francesca e le sue collaboratrici sono sempre state eccezionali e gentili e la colazione e le cene fatte da loro sono state buonissimi!
La posizione della struttura e' ottima e consente di visitare tante localita e il nostro appartamento era semplice ma piacevole.

Cons:

All'inizio del soggiorno eravamo rimasti un po' delusi da un certo aspetto all'esterno di trascuratezza (sofa' in giardino con cuscini sporchi, un letto vicino alla piscina coperto da un lenzuolo non cambiato...sedie rotte lasciate in giro sul retro dell'edificio, davanti ad un altro appartamento..). L'impianto elettrico andrebbe un attimo rivisto.

Great staff and very peaceful location. Abundant and delicious food.
Pros:

Plenty of space. Excellent food. Amazing staff.

Cons:

Swimming pool needed cleaning and not done until the day before we left. Could do with comfy seats in the appartment.

Francesca and her staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our apartment was clean and rustic.
Pros:

Our old apartment was very clean. Breakfasts were very good with a lot of variety and very well presented. Great coffee! The terrace set up for breakfast was lovely.
Francesca was very helpful and spoke very good English, ably assisted by Martina.

Cons:

Some of the garden furniture was a little old and worn. We were very disappointed with the pool which was dirty and its terrace full of weeds. The sun-beds and other pool furniture were stained and uninviting.

Pros:

Very nice property, beautiful garden and pool which was great to spend the day during a heatwave with a small baby. Very large apartment with all amenities, nice breakfast.
