For 2 nights I paid $112. $100 would been the right price.

Location you could be at Cowboys in 8 minutes
Quiet as room was of street

Cons:

Dehumidifier in room is a tell. Bathroom floor never got dry. Water in grout entire weekend.
Told front desk- they moved dehumidifier closer to bathroom and didn’t bother to replace wet towels…

To all Booking clients: I think “Mobile only specials” or “ Genius” offers are a hoax.
You are not getting a deal - you are getting a cheap price and you get what you pay for, so not such a deal.

Shame on Booking on spinning it.

Pros:

The room was nice and the view was good. It is conveniently located. I liked that it was quiet. My only complaint was that the room was too hot and it seemed to be controlled by central air (no remote or controller in the room). Breakfast is not provided.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This is a great place to stay at South Beach. Clean rooms very friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach. Family owned and operated. You are right on the main road but road noise was not bad.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Great facilities including a washing machine. Excellent air-conditioning. Large roof terrace and across the street from the beach.

Cons:

Very wobbly bed. If one moves everyone moves. The showe head was broken. It works, but water leaks out of the sides.

舒適的房間
Pros:

非常舒適的房間，離南灣很近，門口可以沖腳，靠近海灘但房間沒有沙子。
提供的四隻牙刷都不一樣顏色，小地方可以看出用心。

Pros:

一入住，房間內有很濃刺鼻芳香水的味道（應該是店家沒限制房客在房間裡用餐），但….化學芳香劑的味道時在太過了。
枕頭上有螞蟻屍體3隻⋯⋯
床單上起毛球，還有一粒粒的像沙子般的東西…

但闆娘和老闆都很親切，小孩也很可愛
以上若改善，會再訪！
地點很好，過馬路就可以下海灘玩水上活動..
