This was a real find!
Pros:

Really a surprise. Price was reasonable. The room was relatively new very clean very large. Everything was spic and span functional good shower, toilet, etc.. king bed was very comfortable

Bettwäsche dreckig, nur lokales TV Programm, WLAN geht nicht
Pros:

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Zimmer 116 mit Kingsize-Bett verbracht.
Es fehlte Toiletten-Papier, also gingen wir zur Rezeption. Das obligatorische "I`m very sorry" und wir bekamen 2 Rollen. Ok.
Als wir ins Bett gehen wollten und das Bettlaken aufklappten, sahen wir ekelige braune Flecken auf dem Bettlaken. Also wieder zur Rezeption. Erneut "I`m very sorry" und das Angebot, das Zimmer 118 zu nehmen. Wir haben in dem Zimmer das Bett angesehen: auch braune Flecken auf dem Bettlaken und ein absolut fleckiger Teppich. Da das Zimmer 118 noch dreckiger war, haben wir den Tausch dankend angelehnt. Es kam noch ein "will inform the Manager". Wir haben dann in unseren Inletts/ einem Schlafsack geschlafen.
Morgens kam das House keeping und hat die obere Bettdecke getauscht - statt dem Bettlaken. Nun waren zu den braunen Flecken unten auf der Decke noch blaue Flecken. Man kann sich nur wundern, aber offenbar sieht sich keiner die Bettlaken und Decken an, bevor sie auf das Bett kommen.
Der Fernseher ging zwar, allerdings nur mit regionalen Programmen. Bei allen bekannten Sendern hieß es " ist nicht in ihrem Paket enthalten". Grandios.
Das WLAN funktionierte auch nicht, da die Seite zur Bestätigung der Bedingungen nicht aufrufbar war.

excellent , great for the price
Pros:

Modem, clean had fridge and microwave, good location

Cons:

breakfast was skimpy, no hot food, but coffee and juice were good

The tv did not have any channels other than 5 that consisted of tv sales. Noisy at night with people talking near the window. Not what it looked like in pictures.

Basic Motel with fairly clean and spacious rooms (not immaculate). Good place for a stop over.
Pros:

Good value, spacious rooms, generally clean, small limit breakfast is nice for grab and go.

Cons:

Staff was very standoff-ish and had little interest in interacting with guests, even to answer questions. Not a lot of luxury amenities, but expected this for the price.

Pros:

Decent room, renovated. Suggest going to the Yellow Brix restaurant just 2 blocks away for a meal if you need to eat. Great restaurant!

Cons:

The guy that checked us in must have been new. South Asian guy. Had no idea if there was coffee in the rooms, didnt talk about wifi, breakfast, etc. The standard stuff you should be told when checking in.. I forgot to ask about those things too. Slightly noisy location by a main street. Easy to find though.

Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Pros:

Ben posizionata. La mia stanza aveva due letti matrimoniali. Non utile per me, ma ideale per una famiglia.

Cons:

Nonostante ripetuti tentativi, non ho avuto accesso al Wi-Fi per tutto il periodo della mia permanenza.

Keep your expectations low and youll be fine.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Good location.

Cons:

The AC was on in my room, arriving on a cold night when the heat should have been on. The internet was weak. The TV did not work. We were moved to another room. The TV worked. We had to change the battery in the heat control, then that worked. There was zero internet.
