Comfortable appartment
Pros:

Beautiful apartment well furnished to cook. Comfortable bed. The bathroom beautiful.

Cons:

In the bathroom, there was only 3 in 1 body gel, shampoo and conditionner. Would have been great to have one for each. And I think the hand soap was a bit low or it might be harder to access the soap.

Pros:

Very clean, everything well thought out, organized and always attentive from the moment we booked. They provide tickets for public transport. The area is ok.

Cons:

There was one detail we didn't like: someone opened the door to our suite without knocking before 9am, and checkout is at 11am.
There was also a noise of water running from the room's heater that kept us from resting.🙁

Pros:

Chambre moderne joliment décorée avec petite cuisine bien équipée.
Quartier très calme et arboré, proche de l’autoroute et du centre ville (10 min. de tram). Place de parc privée en supplément, très pratique. Arrivée et départ autonomes.

Cons:

L’insonorisation : on entend les voisins parler et marcher.
Les fleurs artificielles dans la chambre.

Pros:

Posizione facilmente raggiungibile arrivando in auto dall'autostrada. La signora dello staff al ns arrivo è stata disponibile a illustrare i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Con i tram n 7 e 8 in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro città. Positivo avere a disposizione cucina con tutti i confort. Buona la pulizia.
Ci torneremo volentieri.

Décevant et mensonger

Il est jolie et c’est la seule et unique chose de bien dans cet appartement.

Cons:

Dans le descriptif, il est noté four à micro-ondes, alors qu’il s’agissait d’un simple four, impossible de chauffer nos plats autrement qu’à la poêle. Il est également dit que l’appartement est climatisé alors qu’il s’agit de simple refroidisseur d’air, ce qui est bien évidemment un mensonge quand on sait qu’il y a une différence plus que notables entre les deux donc on à crever de chaud. Les coussins sont trop mou donc le top pour dormir . La douche avait des fuites. Les couvertures sont trop épaisses en sachant qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation donc c’est encore mieux pour dormir. Le prix du parking qui est fort cher, quand on sait le prix qu’on paye pour la chambre, j’estime que le parking devrait être inclus directement. il y a également une télé qui est soi-disant connecté avec l’impossibilité d’installer Netflix donc encore un équipement qui n’a pas été utile durant mon séjour.

Die Lage wäre ok gewesen, wenn es Parkplätze für unseren Transporter in der Nähe gegeben hätte! Ansonsten war alles soweit ok!

Ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Unterkunft ist Top, kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Zentral gelegen, ruhig. Mit liebe zum Detail. Direkter Zugang zum Garten war super, so konnten wir bei einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. 😀

Cons:

Sitzkissen bei der Lounge könnte man erneuern. 😉

Looking forward to staying again. What a gem.
Pros:

Lot's of little touches that made for a home-away-from-home experience. Ideal location for public transport in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood. Short trip to central Bern. Apartment living with hotel style, daily housekeeping service. Fast friendly communication. Early check-in was no problem. Easy, out of hours arrival. Compact yet fully equipped kitchenette. Spacious enough for a family of four. Short walk to a choice of supermarkets. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.
