Pros:

The staff here are very friendly and easy to talk to. As an non Thai speaker, they have great English, and when I speak Thai, they are patient to listen to me. The hotel overall is very clean and has a modern style to it. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Pros:

I came to Chaing Mai as a sing.e woman for a month to study, and walk or use Grab for transportation as necessary.

This property is fine for people with cars or scooters to get around, but for walkers it is isolated on one side of the canal divided highway. Almost all of the services, stores, 7/11, grocery stores, temples and places of interest are across the highway and walking on the side of the highway where the hotel is located is not easy.

Next to the property is a grand old hotel or conference Centre waiting to be demolished, and generally the neighbourhood is isolating for a single woman traveling alone.

The staff were all very nice. The room and facility was impeccably clean.

I stayed 2 nights out my planned 28 for all of the reasons I mentioned. They were very personal and for most people this would be a nice place for a short term stay.
