Excelente atencion del personal, resalto la amabilidad de cada uno de ellos, los chicos de porteria y el restaurante se portaron increíble con migo, gracias por el detalle del desayuno. Limpieza impecable, aseo diario de la habitación, ubicación muy conveniente y el descanso fue absolutamente placentero, nada de ruido.

Nice, clean and secure hotel in a quiet part of Magdalena del Mar. Friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed here during 2 vacations and will stay again next vacation.

Excellent hotel in Lima.
Pros:

Excellent hotel.
Very clean.
Good service.
Excellent room.
Hotel organised taxi to + from airport - payable at hotel $20 each way.
Good restaurant - grill down stairs.
Didn't have time to use other facilities but would highly recommend.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly, I think because we arrived at 3 am and woke him up. We had to leave and find another hotel at the middle of the night (3am)

For the most part was good.
The price increased $9 dollars was a surprise.
And the checkout was very unprofessional
The female morning staff member had me waiting a long time before talking to me about their checkout procedure
