Pros:

Accoglienza e cordialità dello staff davvero straordinaria. Arm ed i suoi colleghi sempre pronti ad aiutare. Concergie molto precisa.
Ristorante fusion giapponese peruviano molto buono. Colazione abbondante.

Cons:

Il bagno in camera non lascia nessuna privacy. Almeno la zona del bagno della toilette l'avrei tenuta più privata e non con porta finestra aperta sul corridoio.

The hotel is very impressive in service, cleanliness and great food.
Pros:

This place, I have to say, exceeded expectations. I knew it would be a nice oasis away from the chaotic environment Cairo can bring. The staff is exceptional and are always trying to make sure you have everything and are accommodated. I was not expecting the dinner restaurant to be so good. Like I was trying to pin Egyptian spots and all I wanted to do was eat back at the hotel. The breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that some guests’ children were running around like crazy animals sometimes. This was not necessarily the staffs fault but inconsiderate parents to other guests trying to enjoy themselves. Like no Timmy you can’t throw a Q ball against the floor 40 times. Seriously parents have no shame or don’t care it’s embarrassing for them. I know the staff is being polite and don’t want to say anything but when it gets so bad they should say hey, lock up it up. Maybe hold the pool table balls behind the bar to rent to only adults to prevent the madness of clueless parents.

War soweit wie man es von einem solchen Hotel erwartet. Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten laute Nachbern und dazu noch Moskitos im Zimmer. Bekamen aber ein neues Zimmer.

السويت من غير مبالغة من احلى السويتات الي شوفتها في مصر وفكرة السبا داخل الغرفة جميلة جدا
طلبنا عشاء بالليل في الغرفة كان لذيذ والخدمة كانت على مستوى مميز
الفطار صباحا كان متنوع ولذيذ جدا

حاجة واحدة بس اتمنى يكون ليها حل مستقبلا الناموس داخل الغرفة مساءا ضايقنا شوية
