Очень внимательный персонал. Приятная атмосфера. В отеле чисто. Очень вкусные завтраки, как и блюда, заказанные по меню (на обед и ужин). В номерах тихо, хорошая шумоизоляция. Тихий охраняемый район.

Cons:

Есть мебель, которую нужно заменить (дополнительная детская кровать была с ободранным изголовьем)

Pros:

No concierge service. Breakfast OK if you like eggs. Coffee took 20 mins on my 2nd day - you have to queue for it. Grounds and pool area are beautiful. Rooms are large and everywhere is clean. Dont pay extra for a pyramid view as you will need binoculars to see them.

Was mir an den Mitarbeitern in Cannes gefallen hat, war, dass sie sehr freundlich waren und alles taten, um uns zufrieden zu stellen.

Cons:

Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen, da die Zimmer nach Abwasser stinken. Ich habe das Zimmer gewechselt, aber das zweite Problem sind die Mücken; die können einen wirklich fressen. Ich habe ein sechsjähriges Kind, und es wurde von ihnen aufgestochen.

Great stay in Cairo West
Pros:

Super friendly staff and yummy breakfast buffet. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Complementary water and food in the room was a plus. Beautiful pool area and the restaurant inside the hotel has plenty of good food for families.

Cons:

Smelly AC in the room, we chose to turn it off.
The hotel is really great although we found some stuff a little janky like the crooked tv, the loose faucet, etc.
We found the location great but it could be an inconvenient for people who like to be in the middle of everything.

Pokoje czyste, dość zadbane. Hotel zlokalizowany około 25 minut samochodem od kompleksu piramid w Gizie i 20 minut od GEM. Śniadania dobre choć dość monotonne, praktycznie codziennie to samo do jedzenia. Restauracja serwuje dania z karty które są dobre ale dość drogie jak na warunki Egipskie.

Cons:

Niestety w obiekcie można palić praktycznie wszędzie, co nadal jest chyba elementem kultury w Egipcie ale bardzo przeszkadza niepalącym i rodzinom z dziećmi.

All the staff are very accomodating and super friendly.in the front desk Ali Mohamad has been taking care of us very well. Amr Hanafy has been taking care of our luggage. love the environment. love the locations.

Pros:

Emplacement, hors de la ville et de la pollution, parfait pour rayonner vers les pyramides, proximité avec aéroport Sphinx. Sécurité de la zone et de l’hôtel (contrôles) . La gentillesse du personnel qui est au petit soin. Espace piscine agréable. La restauration était qualitative et variée.

Cons:

Insonorisation des chambres (par rapport au couloir et aux autres chambres), l’odeur de cigarette (hôtel fumeur y compris dans les étages et je présume , dans certaines chambres ), espace SPA (jacuzzi trop chaud et propreté moyenne, hammam trop chaud)

Visite du nouveau musée du Caire
Pros:

Bel hôtel moderne aux chambres spacieuses, avons été surclassé ! loin du centre mais au calme.
Tout proche du nouveau musée du Caire (top) et à deux pas des pyramides.
La restauration est correcte et peu chère, le prix des bouteilles de vin très raisonnable.
Mais surtout le personnel très sympathique et serviable.
Une mention spéciale pour Kerollos Sedra et Mahmoud Sayed, merci pour leur aide.
