Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal. Bademeister aus Leidenschaft! Immer ausreichend Liegen am Pool und am Strand. Keine Extrakosten für Liegennutzung am Strand.
Das Essen hätte ausgefallener sein können aber es war trotzdem immer für jeden was dabei und es war immer ausreichend vorhanden.
Für meinen Geschmack zu viel Müll durch Nutzung von Enwegbechern und -geschirr.
Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Zu Fuß gibt es allerdings nichts zu erkunden, dafür ist es aber nicht touristisch überlaufen.
Toller Rutschenpark am Hotel und Badeinsel/Parcours im Meer. Viele Wassersportangebote direkt vor dem Hotel.
Rundum eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal.

Pros:

Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay.

Tutto molto bene, peccato che per riuscire a trovarlo sono dovuta andare in un hotel e chiedere informazioni perche non sono riuscita trovare l'hotel in quanto non ha nessuna insegna
Mi auguro che per la prossima stagione sia piu visibile

Les maisons duplex sont top mais pas de vue mer. Le personnel n'est pas particulièrement accueillant et les animateurs du club coralia vous disent à peine bonjour si vous n'avez pas le bracelet coralia. La piscine est petite mais la plage privée est très sympa avec une vue magnifique. Peu de choses à faire aux alentours dans un rayons de 45 minutes de voiture. Nourriture peu variée mais de bonne qualité et cocktails bons.

The staff here was rude, everything is extra it says that the waterpark is included. Nope that’s extra. Would you like a bloody Mary with your vodka? Nope, that’s extra not to mention the staff at the bar were rude when ordering drinks. The description says it has multiple restaurants. It only has one. It’s a buffet. It opens limited hours for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pool has snacks. There is a different menu at the pool however, that is an extra menu. You can only order the drinks that are on the menu that is provided otherwise that’s extra, the place is beautiful. The rooms are really far from the beach. There is an amazing waterpark. We did not get to experience because it is also extra extra. Not a fan of this experience would not do it again.
