Pros:

I believe Expedia should not be putting this property as an option or at least flag it for families not to consider this option. You have to go through several dark allies with bars and topless kind of bars including the drunk people coming out of them to get to the property. Taxis won't be able to pick you or drop you in the door.

Pros:

It is located in a bar and restaurants area very noisy and dirty. There is no wifi. The kitchen has no enough dishes to cook.

Pros:

ベッドは広くてリネンもお部屋も清潔でした。
気持ち良く利用出来ました。
宿の前の道が狭く車が入れないので手前の道に停めて荷物を下ろしてコインパーキングに駐車しました。

Pros:

はじめてのスタイルでしたが、ゆっくり滞在できてとても良かったです。今後国内旅行するときは、まずグランドベースがあるかどうか確認したいと思うほど気に入りました。
難点は、飲み屋街の中なので、若干のにおいと治安への心配です。
ただコスパは最高でした！
