停車、買東西吃東西算方便，安靜、設備尚可。
Pros:

停車算方便，有配合的停車場（但要買停車卷300元/24hr)，或自行找附近停車場停車。

距離一中街近，便利商店多，買東西、吃東西。

晚上安靜、房間隔音尚可。

房內設備算好，基本衛浴、水壓都不錯，電視有搭配Netflix等頻道，可以登入自己帳號觀看。
