Excelente opción en San Gil
Pros:

Unas muy bellas instalaciones ubicadas convenientemente a solo unos pasos de la terminal, las habitaciones muy acogedoras y limpias. Excelente opción en San Gil

Lindas instalaciones pero pésimo servicio
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo en general, lástima el servicio , el día que llegue no había absolutamente enadie en recepción caminé por todo el hotel casi que gritando si había alguien hasta que salió la que se encarga del aseo, en la noche pedimos un sándwich de pollo el cual tomo 1h y media para que fuera servido lo cual es absurdo, las habitaciones están incomunicadas no hay teléfono por lo qué hay que bajar hasta la recepción si se necesita algo y con suerte encontrar a alguien ! El desayuno deberían variarlo 2 días y nos ofrecieron exactamente lo mismo.
Tiene mucho potencial pero con la atención al cliente no llegará muy lejos.

Ambiente campestre, descanso de paso
Pros:

El hotel es campestre y agradable. No cuenta con ascensor y estábamos en el tercer piso, no se tiene comunicación con recepción entonces pedir servicio es complicado o informar de alguna ayuda. El personal al llegar no nos indicó áreas de restaurante ni entregó el control del tv, la señal del mismo es mala. El wifi también es malo y no cuenta con agua caliente, en general con oportunidades de mejora
