Bel emplacement personnel accueillant. Seul bémol c'est le bruit. Ne prenez pas la chambre vu canal c'est trop bruyant.

Cons:

The bed sheets were not cleaned/replaced. I found a part of a condom wrapper in the bed. Was horrified. Bed was stained too, not very clean. I request a partial or full refund because it’s unacceptable to not clean/change sheets but they denied it. So unhygienic.

Wonderful canal views. Very comfortable reception area with table I could work on.
Pros:

Excellent location on a beautiful canal. Walking distance to all main sights.

Cons:

Steep stairs to get to the top floor - lift only goes to 4th floor. Would be hard with a big suitcase. I didn’t get a warning in advance.

Pros:

The view was amazing and the location as well!
The staff working there is really welcoming and nice.

Cons:

There was a loud sound of engines all night that made it really hard to sleep! ( 5th floor )
