Pros:

スタッフさんが親切でした。
川沿いの立地も良かったです。

Cons:

部屋へ行くには狭い廊下にある小さい階段を登り降りする必要があり（登り降りの両方なのが大変です笑）、小さいスーツケースでしたが、持ち運びが大変でした。大きいスーツケースだともっと大変だと思います。部屋があまりにも狭くて、スーツケースを広げるスペースを確保するのが大変でした。

Pros:

Good location and comfortable beds

Cons:

We were staying on level 1 and it was only accessible by stairs that were very very steep and small. Made it hard to not only just walk up and down them but also extremely hard to take our luggage up and down. Was quite pricey, and considering the room, not too sure what made it as expensive as it was

The hotel is well located in Nege Straatjies.

Cons:

Our room unfortunately had stains on the mattress, which we raised with the hotel during our stay, but this was never attended to. While the hotel is very charming and photographs beautifully, the room itself felt quite worn and tired. There were noticeable stains on the carpets, hair in the bathroom, and, when we requested fresh towels, we unfortunately found hair on those as well.

For a hotel of this nature, we expected a considerably higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep, particularly given how lovely the property appears in its photographs.
