All the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, hospitable, and respectful. The hotel is in a beautiful location, right in front of the canal. I would recommend it to everyone :)

The location was great, very central to everything.

Cons:

Our room was on the 5th floor which meant we took the elevator to 4 and then had to walk up a skinny spiral staircase with our suitcases. For the price I expected the staff to offer to help us with our bags but nobody did. The room was extremely tiny, not even big enough to open 2 carry on suitcases comfortably. The shower was terrible- the water pressure was very weak and the shower head angle was terrible and unmovable. And the towels were thin and small.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Herrenkracht,
alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Personal freundlich, Frühstücksraum klein-aber bei den schmalen Häusern kein Wunder.
Würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Great stay in great location
Pros:

Size of the rooms/bathrooms were excellent. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:

Just the WiFi. Otherwise, stay was excellent.

They offered breakfast for a fee (15 Euro). We are glad we didn't purchase as it was European continental and there was so much within walking distance.
