Exceptional place
Thé bedroom was just over the tram lines … next time will request room sited elsewhere
Locatie en comfort van de hotelkamer. Goed ontbijt.
The facilities at Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp are truly exceptional, everything feels luxurious, well-designed, and thoughtfully curated. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is very refined. After our first night, when our room was a bit too warm, the team handled it perfectly: we were upgraded and received incredibly attentive service. Our new room was absolutely stunning, one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we’ve stayed in.
The room temperature on the first night was slightly too warm, but this was resolved very quickly and professionally by the staff.
Location is great, in the city center close to all the nice shops and restaurants, perfect for a weekend getaway. Breakfast was also splendid.
Buildings could be slightly better maintained, wear is showing in several places.
Top ervaring, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke wellness, prachtige kamers
Good location and decoration.
Check-in took around 1 hour, slow service. The swimming pool and saunas are quite basic and overrated. Breakfast for €60 per person is a bit ridiculous. Restaurants in the hotel needed to be booked beforehand (they didn’t tell us upfront). Overall disappointed, bad price-quality in my humble opinion.
The details, everything.
