De oase van rust is fijn, maar de faciliteiten rondom comfortabel verblijf qua temperatuur in de zomer is ronduit slecht

De wellness en het eten was voortreffelijk!

Cons:

De airconditioning werkte niet goed, er zat een storing in dat hij al na maximaal 5 minuten uitviel. Onze kamer kwam daardoor ook qua temperatuur niet onder de 28 graden uit overdag en ‘s nachts. In de badkamer zat ook geen raam waardoor de temperatuur daar nog verder opliep.
Deze temperaturen waren eigenlijk niet vol te houden 2 dagen lang en dat betreurde wij ten zeerste! Wij hebben dit tot 3 keer toe gemeld bij de receptie, waar de eerste keer een paar uur na aankomst al niet op is gehandeld, de tweede keer een portable airco werd geplaatst die het ook niet cooler kreeg en de derde keer wederom de kwestie aangestipt bij het uitchecken, waar de reactie enkel was dat dit vervelend/spijtig was om te horen… jammer!

Pros:

Het gehele.hotel met al zijn extras is simpelweg gewoon top. De restaurants, de bar, wellnes.. het personeel.

Cons:

We lagen recht boven een slagboom aan achterzijde hotel waardoor er regelmatig, juist in de ochtend, leveranciers stationair stonden te wachten voor de slagboom. Dat is geen fijne 'wekker' in de ochtend. Uiteraard snappen we dat hotels bevoorraad dienen te worden maar het zo duidelijk meekrijgen is dan niet fijn. En dat is dan een smetje op het gevoel van pure luxe. Al met al iets kleins maar het blijft wel hangen.
