Nice hotel, but difficult to fully enjoy it due to long queues
Cons:

The hotel is nice. The problem, however, is that the facilities (bar, wellness, etc.) are also open to the public and are popular, resulting in long queues. Over the past 2 years, I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, and each time I have had to wait a long time for a place at the bar, and the wellness (I.e. massage) is always fully booked. It feels wrong that, as a hotel guest, I cannot even get a drink without waiting 30 minutes, unless I go at less popular times.
