Pros:

I am Dutch and usually don't comment on properties, but this one genuinely deserves it. Yes, the value of money can be a bit debatable but the room is very spacious (especially for this area), clean, top location, overall just very nice.

Pros:

Clean appartment with good views. Dishwasher and clothes dryer

Cons:

Lack of service. Only one dishwasher tablet and one washing tablet per week supplied. If more was required they told you that you had to buy mire yourself. Telephone to reception did not work. Appartment door would not shut properly. We put a complaint into management as the reception staff could sort out the problems. Management never got back to us.

Gut gelegen mit paar Abstrichen - aber sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Wir waren ja jetzt schön öfter hier , die Lage ist super . Metro und Tram vor der Türe . Supermarkt auch in der Nähe . Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit . Parken in der Hotel Garage .

Cons:

Dieses Mal war das Apartment zur Straße und freitags fuhren die Fahrzeuge bis spät in die Nacht , sogar mit Stau . Das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden , es war zu laut war . Die Sauberkeit hat leider auch nachgelassen . Das Bett war leider viel zu weich und es gab nur eine große Bettdecke für zwei .

El aire acondicionado estaba a muy baja temperatura y no se podía graduar, ni desde el departamento ni desde recepción. Nos tuvieron que prestar una estufa!

The location was very good, the flat was spacious and comfortable, and the lounge was also very nice, with free drinks such as coffee and tea.

The facility appears to be cash-oriented rather than customer-oriented. For example, when I asked for an additional washing machine tablet, the response was that only one tablet is provided for daily use, and if I wanted an extra one, I would need to purchase it from the lobby desk.

Some of the staff seemed unhappy, and I even overheard some of them discussing business-related problems among themselves.

The parking policy is also inflexible. Parking is charged on a daily basis only; even if you use the parking lot for just half a day, you are required to pay the full daily rate.

El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo descrito en el anuncio. El personal es muy amable. La zona es asequible en metro y tren, y te da sensación de seguridad.

Cons:

Hacia frío en la habitación y no se puede subir la calefacción a más de 22,5 grados. Esto resulta incómodo porque tienes siempre sensación de frío, día y noche.

خذنا غرفتين وصاله الشقه واااسعه ونظيييفه جداً والموظفين ممتازين وبشوشين ومتعاونين ، الحي نظييف جداً اغلبه شركات كبيره وعالميه وبعيد عن الازعاج ،، فيه قطار قريب منا دلانا عليه الموظف نسير السنتر ونرجع فيه رقم القطار 24 .. واستخدام القطار سهل نستخدم apple pay عند الصعود والنزول نستخدم بعد apple pay لازم نسوي جك اوت عشان مايحسب علينا

I would use the apartments again.. lovely stay

A great stay
Pros:

Room is spacious and clean. The kitchen is small but serves the purpose. Washing machine is a plus point. Location is good. Near to train station and tram station is just opposite to the gate. An AH supermarket is nearby.

Cons:

The bed is too soft for me, but this is just personal preference.
