Cons:

La calidad del hotel no amerita el precio, no entiendo la calificación que registra, están muy lejos las valoraciones del hotel, el desayuno demasiado sencillo y las instalaciones no me parecieron buenas.

Een oase van rust.
Pros:

Het personeel en de eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren heerlijk. Het is een oase in een niet echt mooi stadje. De jacuzzi werd meteen aangezet voor ons. Je kunt er ook eten, restaurant ziet er heel gezellig uit. Het ziet er allemaal keurig netjes uit. Laura deed alles voor ons. Zo ontzettend aardig. We kregen meteen koffie. Auto konden we ook veilig parkeren. Hotel is geweldig. Jammer dat Moniquira niet echt interessant is. Maat voor ons was het een overnachtingsadres, onderweg naar Bogota.

Cons:

De minibar was niet koud.

It is good, but not what you expect for the price.
Pros:

We stayed from Monday to Saturday and paid around 80€ per room per night. We wanted a location in town to be next to restaurants and supermarkets, as we were with a 3 m.o. baby in the family. For this purpose it was a good choice, but it was too expensive for the service offered. Good is: The rooms are very comfortable. They gave an extra bed for the baby with no additional charge:). The staff is nice. Jacuzzi is great. Breakfast is good, but could be much better for that price.

Cons:

Apparently, not every guest has the same value there. We only received the best attention including arepas and better fruits in the breakfast when a local IG influencer stayed overnight. Tuesday and Wednesday pool and jacuzzi were not clean (last weekend there had been a party). They were cleaned in the middle of the day, when one actually wants to use it. In the room, the tap had an unpleasant water hammer. There was no electricity over some nights, and sometimes no water during the day. The staircase landing was not clean (bird poop). We had the feeling that they try to save as much money as possible. This is also very evident in the in-house restaurant.
