Pros:

Если кратко то остались довольны.

Хорошо:
Близко к пляжу, не много людей
Сойдет:
Размер и комфорт номера за его цену в сезон.
Надо бы улучшить:
Питание и продукты - однозначно надо планировать отдельно. Пиццерия в здании не фонтан (но есть привозные обеды если повезёт)
Вентиляция номера - если бы была активная вентиляция было бы отлично, а так едва спасает открытый балкон.
Слышимость - кирпичные стены со звукоизоляцией как у картона( возможно отличная имитация кирпича) поэтому будет слышна почти вся деятельность у соседей.
